Idyllic Condo in the Heart of Breck! Kitchen/Bath Upgrades, Onsite Hot Tubs

Overall the stay was comfortable. The mattress’s were not the best. The hot water for the showers also seem limited so a few of us ended up taking cold showers. Limit your time in the shower and you’ll be fine. The apt was very clean and had all the essentials to cook during our stay. The hot tub was also very large and was awesome to jump into after a long day on the slopes. The code given to us for the trash area was incorrect but there was residents outside who were able to get us in.

We liked the location of this unit but had issues with a security alarm going off the first night. We reached out to the host and they said they put in a maintenance request for it but it was never resolved for our entire stay. It was very disturbing and my kids could not sleep from it.

The location near Main St is great. The unit has all the essentials. It is also very dated-feels like nothing has been updated for decades, including uncomfortable mattresses. Master bedroom overlooks French St., so there is lots of noise.

The place was great and had all we needed to enjoy our trip. Would love to return. Place was warm and cozy.

Location was great; nice hot tub; easy to get around town- can jump on trolley out the front entrance of complex.

The condo is a bit dated, but clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay.

This apartment was very comfortable and easy to stay in. The kitchen was fully stocked with more equipment than you could think of (waffle maker, crock pot, blender, etc), so you could really fully cook from home. We loved the porch and also enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit for making s'mores.

Kitchen is very good, location is excellent, lighting in bathrooms are pretty bad. The owner responded within 24 hours to answer pre arrival questions. The mgmt company provided text support when we had check in problems but no live support was available. Property mgmt company sent extra symbols at the end of numeric code access for both the front entrance AND the unit lock codes. That caused unnecessary frustration at check in.

Place was clean and awesome!

We enjoyed our stay. TV was a bit difficult until we figured it out. Missing some varied sized casserole dishes. A bit dated. But perfect location, size, etc for a nice stay. Thank you!

Listing was accurate and it was a good location. Close to shops and restaurants. Communication via text at check in was a slow (next day) but luckily I found the information in the email.

It was everything we needed, two bedrooms and bathrooms a nice kitchen, living room was small but cozy with a fireplace, and was walkable to downtown.

Location was perfect. Easy access to everything! Layout of the condo was great. Nice stay for 2 couples. Very clean! Comfortable beds. Loved the fireplace. Well stocked kitchen. Could definitely update the decor some and get rid of the artificial flowers, Webster dictionary.

Excellent location, easy walk to everything. Super easy check in/out process and very responsive hosts/property manager. Place was very clean and everything worked. Only recommendation would be to buy new mattresses.

Great location, very cool place - only issue was temperture very hard to control

The lock was not working when we checked in and it took us an hour to get it all figured out and to be able to enter the condo. The staff helping us was very nice but they had to completely redo the lock and we ended having to be out of the condo for sometime for them to fix it
