Experience the charm and convenience of staying in the iconic Warm Springs Base Area, known for its laid-back, mountain-town vibe. A great area for skiing (almost ski in/ski out) in the winter and mountain biking and hiking in the summer.

After a day of adventuring, whether on the slopes or the trails, unwind at the Warm Springs Lodge, where you can soak in the lively après atmosphere, and enjoy great food. For a true taste of the local scene, take a short stroll to Apples Bar & Grill, a favorite spot for both visitors and locals alike, offering an authentic Sun Valley experience.

Your accommodations feature an electronic door lock for your convenience. Door code will be provided prior to your arrival.

The Prospector condo complex offers three hot tubs in the winter, and in the summer (late-June to mid-September), a large, heated, saltwater swimming pool, two tennis courts, a paddle ball court, pickle ball court, basketball hoop, children’s play area, and a communal pavilion with barbecue and picnic tables.

Storage Closet: Please be considerate of skis, fishing gear etc. in the unit. Please either use the cubby in the entryway or the outside deck. Skis can also be stored at the Warm Springs base lodge which makes walking over and back very easy.

Parking: Only one parking pass is provided. Additional vehicles must park offsite. Street parking is available; however, guests are responsible for following all City parking regulations. Please note that winter parking policies are strictly enforced to accommodate snow removal.

This ground-level condo features two spacious upstairs bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and plush Queen-sized beds. Both bedrooms feature bamboo flooring, while the master suite includes a 43 Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom for added convenience. A second upstairs bathroom ensures ample space for guests.

The well-equipped kitchen is complete with stainless-steel appliances, a wine refrigerator, and all the essentials for preparing your favorite meals. Gather in the cozy living room, where a 40 Smart TV, wireless internet, and a warm gas fireplace create the perfect ambiance for relaxation after a day of adventure. When the warmer summer evenings arrive, step out onto the furnished outdoor deck to enjoy fresh mountain air and unwind under the stars. The condo also includes a washer and dryer, adding convenience to your stay.

Ketchum and Sun Valley host free local bus service which runs in town, out to Sun Valley Village, Dollar Mountain, and to both River Run and Warm Springs lodges.     We enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for skiing in and out of Warm Springs. The kitchen is well equipped. The fireplace is lovely. It is a very small condo with little natural light. Parking was easy and the hot tub was nice. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the age of the unit itself. It is older and therefore bathrooms and layout are dated. The shuttle bus location is very close by to get into town.

    Home was delightful and well-equipped. Appreciated all the mirrors! Fireplace warmed the place up quickly, although unit never got cold. It was quiet too, in a nice location away from parking lot.

    Well stocked and nicely decorated. It’s easy to get to and very quiet. It was cool enough in the evening and nights to open the windows and have fresh air. The condo stay cooled when the windows were closed by 8 AM. It also stayed well shaded.

    The location of this place is great! Parking was convenient and very walkable to the warm springs base area. The space was nicely decorated with comfortable couch, table, chairs, and beds. It is a pretty cozy space, which was fine for our needs, but don't expect a big roomy condo. It was clear that several updates have been done to the condo; however, some finishing touches of paint were lacking, and the condo shows some wear and tear.

    It was fine but i didnt realize we would be in the back of the building. We never got to use the hot tubs because they werent very hot. Easy checkjn though and nice people.

    This property was so convenient! Very well appointed condo with everything you need to enjoy a stay in Ketchum. We were impressed with how well organized the condo was to have space for gear storage, cooking, gathering at the large table for meals or games, and a large couch to relax by the fireplace or to watch a movie. Bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs and set up nicely for being on the smaller side. The complex’s hot tubs (some were being replaced, but one was always open even if a short walk) were wonderfully hot after a day odds skiing! Hosts did a great job of communicating before, during, and after our stay.

    We had a fabulous stay in this lovely well stocked condo. The hosts had thought of everything to make our stay special. We enjoyed using the lovely warm salt water pool and pickle ball courts. We would love to stay again.
