Stayed Feb 21, 2025We checked in on Friday last week. The checkin was ok. The apartment was not clean as it should be. To go down to the lobby we were waiting everyday 45 minutes. Most of the time we took the stairs. When we asked why the elevator are not working they answered that they are going to fix it… never happened. My mom is 85 years old and she had to wait or to take the stairs. The coffee maker wasn’t working the hostess ask me to send a picture I told him that it doesn’t work he never came back to me. Overall, I have been rented from Virbo in the past and I’ve never had such a bad experience. If you are taking this apartment make sure to buy shampoo, and toilet paper… basic things. I hope you can improve your way of handling your guests. Good luck
