Stayed Jan 28, 2023Breath taking Views excellent location, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, Fauna made our trip more interesting with her advice & tips about the city, supermarket, shops, restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would recommend the Hyatt Resort @ Squaw Creek to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

Stayed Jan 15, 2025The suite we stayed in at Everline was excellent. Fantastic view of the Palisades(Squaw Valey) Mountain from the room. Ski in ski out via the Palisades Resort Chair. Fauna, the property manager, provided excellent, and timely communication to our inquiries. I would recommend that the one cup coffee maker be replaced by a regular size coffee pot.

Stayed Jan 9, 2025We were a group of 7 snow enthusiasts, and were super stoked for our first time in the Sierra Nevadas. This two-unit lodging worked perfectly for us. It was an easy drive from Reno, and we stopped there for groceries before making our way to the resort (there is a grocery store at Tahoe City, but we didn't know that then). Our host was very communicative, and check-in was easy. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.Note the kitchen really is a kitchenette. They did have pans for us to make a large pot of pasta on the induction stovetop. The refrigerator is small, so you might want a cooler if you have a lot of things that need to be cooled. None of us are coffee drinkers, so we didn't use the Keurig system. The beds were comfortable, except for the fold-out couch. The guys rotated use of it, and all said they could feel the metal support bars. We had plenty of blankets and pillows, and the heating/cooling worked well for us.One major benefit was the ease of ski storage and lift access. The Resort Lift was a super short walk, and the blue slope to get to the Palisades lifts and gondolas was a fun run and good warm-up. Do know that there are no green/beginner runs off of this lift, and ski teams close a run on weekends. We would stay here again for sure.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024First off, I have to say that I didn’t think it would be fair to lower the star rating based on the hotel. The owner of the property was fantastic and highly responsive leading up to, and during our stay. Some things to keep in mind when staying at this property: Valet parking is $65 per day, $30 for self park. The self park lot is a decent walk to the front of the hotel. That’s just a heads up for what you will have to pay for the convenience of valet. If you’re bringing e-bikes with you, make sure to call ahead to speak with the front desk or valet/bell desk manager. Confirm that there will be storage space and charging available for your e-bikes. There was a bit of confusion when we arrived and valet told us they had no storage available and were unable to charge our e-bikes after I had previously called the concierge at least four times confirming storage and charging. One of the managers, Mahesh, was very accommodating and took care of everything. There are not very many delivery options for food to the hotel. If you choose on-site dining, it can get quite expensive, quite fast. I’m sure everybody knows that resort dining is expensive; however, we anticipated more food delivery options (at least pizza). Overall, the location away from the Tahoe crowds was fantastic. I would love to not provide a stellar review to hide this gem for myself, but it’s only fair that everyone knows how great the experience was. The owner deserves the positive review.
