Huge Balcony with Direct Gulf View! Watch the boats in the Pass! Wifi

Balcony view was exceptional, very clean with a well appointed kitchen. It was perfect for our stay, can't wait to return.

This condo was amazing! We had 6 adults staying for a week and there was plenty of room. Was great to have 3&1/2 bathrooms with that many people. The absolute best part though was the deck! It is huge with great views and absolutely beautiful sunrises. We saw lots of dolphins playing the canal and in the gulf. (Bring binoculars!) The location was fantastic too! Being able to walk to the beach, and easily walk or drive to shops and restaurants was very convenient. We would definitely go back!!

The view from this condo was perfect. Grand Pointe Condos sit on the end of a row of condos by a jetty so you see more gulf than concrete. We spent a lot of time on the HUGE balcony! The condo itself was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook meals. The only things that would have made the stay better would be just a few more consumable supplies (very few included) and a better way to navigate the tv. We were very frustrated with the tv and missed a few of our regular shows because of it. We didn’t find any tv instructions and the batteries may have been low/dead in the remotes. This didn’t ruin our trip by any means, but it would have been perfect otherwise. This condo still deserves a 5 star rating! Two restaurants that we really liked were The Tin Top and The Shrimp Basket.

This unit was exactly as listed. Very clean. The only problem if you would call it a problem was that the ice maker did go into over production and we had to place a towel under it because the ice kept spilling out. We would defintely stay here again and hope to soon.

We had three adult couples in our party. We loved this unit!! We each had our own room and bathroom, large kitchen, dining and living room. They had a Keurig machine, separate ice machine, they really made it convenient. The balcony is amazing! Perfect view and so big with different types of comfortable seating. This was our 2nd stay at Grande Point because we absolutely love the location. Your at the end of the beach, so it's not crowded, walking distance to restaurants, great complex!

Very clean, well stocked, beautiful view from the balcony, the balcony was very spacious, pool was kept clean, you could sit at the pool and look at the ocean or watch boats go out. The elevators were clean and had quick response time. Publix, Walmart, CVS. and Walgreen's were only a few minutes drive. Staff in the office was very helpful with some questions we had. Managing group was responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend to people of all ages.

The Condo was spacious and provided an excellent vacation spot right near the ocean.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Kitchen was stocked, plenty of space and having 3.5 baths is fabulous!! Our favorite part was the balcony- lots of seating for us to enjoy coffee and lunch with a great view of the gulf and the pass! Would definitely stay here again!

The property is just as advertised. It is beautiful! My sisters and I were meeting there and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom, which is rare for a rental. The kitchen is truly fully stocked and every detail has been attended to. The beach is awesome and it is a short walk to the sand but not too far. There are two pools and two hot tubs- one inside and outside and we used both. The weather was absolutely beautiful on our week there and we did lots of shopping and I brought binoculars and got a look close up at all the boats coming and going.We could not have enjoyed it more. We will definitely book again if we get the chance.

We’ve stayed at many Grand Pointe units (8?) over the past 15 years and this is our favorite! Some of the renter friendly-things: well-stocked and labeled kitchen cabinets, large counter surface, great Keurig, bathroom towel hooks, comfortable mattresses, plentiful and comfy deck furniture (couch style AND tall chairs/table to allow over-railing viewing of the beautiful beach and Gulf.) it’s nicely decorated without being overdone or too cluttered for travelers. Everything was just excellent and much appreciated. A wonderful stay in beautiful OBA!

We love Grand Pointe. Stayed in several condos over the years and it never disappoints.

this condo had everything. great location, anything needed in kitchen was there, mattress comfortable and overall really good accommodation.

wonderful time at this condo and loved the huge porch and the bar height chairs for a great view watching the boats go through the inlet- super clean and comfy and plenty of room- will be back!

Grand Pointe 412 was a wonderful place to stay. The place is was very clean and comfortable. All essentials were available to us. The view of the beach was beautiful, and the balcony was very spacious. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

This is the second time we have stayed in this complex. Last year and this year! We are in love with it. Very clean and wonderful atmosphere! The condo was more than we could ask for with everything you could dream of needing! We will be back for sure! Wonderful pools and access to the beach! Very family friendly!

The Condo was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay very much, Excellent location and view, easy access to the beach and the pool was our main place to be every day. We do have a few suggestions. It would be nice to have some umbrellas around the pool and it would be a good idea to add a few more than 2 towels and 1 washcloth in the kitchen. A dish drain for hand washing a few dishes would be a good idea. Last thing is a street light for the turn onto Gulf Road. We missed the turn a few times, lol. We will definately stay at Gulg Pointe again.

This place was perfect! First of all it was very clean, nicely decorated and had plenty of space to move around. The balcony has a beautiful view of the beach and water and was spacious enough to sit and have coffee and watch the boats going out in the morning and watch them come back in the early evening. The bedrooms were lovely and had nice linens and comfortable mattresses and each had a large bathroom with plenty of towels.The kitchen had anything and everything needed for a small snack or to prepare a large dinner. Walking distance to the beach was short and easy to walk and the pool was huge and right below our room. There were plenty of restaurants in the area with reasonable prices and good food.The owners did a great job providing the necessities and more to make sure we were comfortable. Definitely a place to go back to.
