Great updated property on the beach! Host was very responsive to any questions or issues. Easy to check in and check out.

The room was wonderful. The view from master bedroom and the living room were spectacular. The property was beautiful, the access to the beach was very easy to get too. The pool was clean and the water stayed cool even during the heat of the day. There is a community beach box for sand toys, boogie boards and other things. This was very useful if you have little ones and you don't want to purchase another sand toy set. All the kitchen equipment was well maintained. Sometimes when you stay the pots and pans can be, bleh! I do recommend the following if you are going to stay more than a few days and if you have a large party: -This room had a Keurig and Mr Coffee bring your own coffee and filters-Purchase toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish washer pods and washer pods if you have a large family and you need to do laundry and keep up with dishes-Paper plates if you don't want to do dishes-Ice the fridge doesn't have an ice maker -Bring some spices including sugar -Cooking spray and Olive oil -Extra blankets if you like to keep your room cool (the air is marvelous) -Beach towels-Body soap Highly recommend this propery and this room, will stay again next year! We had a fantastic time and made alot of memories.

Very clean and well appointed condo. Very well stocked kitchen. Gorgeous views!!

The bathroom that has the tub in it wasn’t clean. The inset in the tub still had fake eyelashes from the previous renter. Also, the threshold from the hallway into the bathroom is broken. I don’t think the floors had been cleaned as there was sand on the floors upon initial entry. The bedspreads in the room with 2 queen beds are stained or have bleach spots on them. This was a sisters and nieces getaway, so we enjoyed our time together. Other than the few things mentioned above, everything else was very nice.

Overall a great place, kitchen was well stocked with nice pots & pans. Bathrooms were remodeled beautifully. My only reason for lower rating was the master bed was very wobbly at the slightest movement and communication for the codes needed to access everything were incorrect. Once I asked for correct codes I didn’t get a response but folks that lived there helped so I didn’t reach out multiple times.

We loved the view even though it was obstructed a little by buildings on each side, but very beautiful view of beach and ocean. The balcony furniture was so sturdy and nice.This was the cleanest, neatest condo we have ever stayed in. We were so impressed. It was VERY roomy, We loved it.

Property was very clean. The view was amazing from the oversized balcony. Appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom.

Beautiful condo, great location. Unfortunately, there was building-wide construction all week, and it was quite loud and bothersome. A couple bathroom fixtures fell off, but it didn’t hinder the stay. Then accidentally locked ourselves out of the master bathroom-- maintenance guy was great once I found someone, but he informed me the host changed the doors out so their keys wouldn't work (big safety issue there). Had to remove the handle

Beautiful facility. Family loved the easy beach access and also having a pool to use.

Everyone loved the condo! We are already trying to figure out when we can come back!

The condo was nice, well equipped in the kitchen. Towels and washcloths in the bathrooms but, no hand towels. Had to contact the property management twice to inquire about codes for facility and pool; they responded promptly.
