This place is HUGE with 5000 sqft, 7 bedrooms, 11 real beds (3 king and 8 queens), 3 bathrooms, with private parking lot that has 5+ parking spaces for this condo, perfect place to hold a family gathering but NO PARTY since there's a condo below you, no smoking inside and no pets. This condo is 2 blocks from the FedEx Forum.
Please note: this is not a new place and it’s not luxury at all. Its shabby-chic so don’t expect brand new... It’s very big and fun though.

Stayed Mar 27, 2026This is a great property within walking distance of everything that is downtown Memphis. There were 14 of us staying at the condo and we had so much space. The ping pong table and shuffle board was great for the kiddos. Will definitely use this place again. We also like the gated parking
