After visiting Hoyochi Nikko for 20 years we decided to purchase our own piece of paradise in this ocean front ground floor beauty. Hoyochi Nikko is a small 18 unit complex, so you do not have the large crowds that Hotels and Larger complexes have. In fact, a lot of the time you will feel as though you have the entire complex all to yourself.
The unit has been fully remodeled with new tile floors, quartz countertops, a new shower and all new furniture.

Stayed Jun 4, 2025We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. Having the ocean right outside the patio door was unbeatable…we saw some beautiful sunsets! My husband swam in the ocean right outside the condo several times and had sea turtles swim right by him. The condo itself was very clean as were the property grounds. Everything was very well maintained! We were close to lots of great restaurants, activities and sightseeing! We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed May 21, 2025We love this property. Over the years, we’ve stayed in this complex and 103 was our favorite stay. We’ll definitely stay again. The host was always responsive, helpful and pleasant. The condo is well appointed. Super clean. Very comfy bed and living room furniture. We had everything we needed and then some.

Stayed Dec 17, 2024If you are looking for a place to hang out and enjoy the Ocean than this is the place for you. Breath taking views of the Ocean from the lanai and from the pool. Condo was quite and clean. Would highly recommend staying at the Hoyochi Nikko.
