House of the Sun Top Floor 2 Bdrm/2 Bath

The unit has everything you need, the host was really easy to communicate, the building sits right on the siesta key beach, thats all you need to know :)

Great location - walking distance to restaurants, bars and grocery. Beach was beautiful and right next to the property pool. Condo was so comfy and felt like home as soon as we walked in. Definitely recommend!

Great location on the beach and convenient to walk to grocery store, coffee shops, bars and restaurants. We enjoyed the rooftop Sun decks - great for happy hour, sunning, relaxing and watching sunsets. Condo was spacious, especially the master bedroom with long makeup counter. Comfortable bed in master. Kitchen well stocked. Furniture in LR was comfortable but not meant for anyone with back problems. Balcony was nice and you can see a sliver of the gulf from the corner of it.Washer/dryer was convenient. Only issue: three men entered the unit (while I was in the shower) without our knowledge - no prior notification - to work in building WiFi.

Donna was wonderful to rent from- she provided a detailed list of suggestions of things to do inf the area. Donna also provided a detailed set of instructions so that we knew what to expect upon arrival.The condo was clean and a very comfortable space. The complex was amazing, the beach was beautiful! The first day we carried our beach chairs up to put them away when we finished using them. The attendant quickly and kindly approached us to remind us that we were on vacation and he would get the chairs for us, that we should spend our time relaxing and enjoying ourselves. This was a 5 star vacation!

Donna was an excellent host! The unit was accurately advertised, and House of the Sun provides its guests with direct access to Siesta Key beach. I will definitely stay here again!

The pool area was beautiful and clean. The room was well stocked and clean. Our host was responsive to our needs.

Our trip was amazing. The condo was perfect. Its spacious, clean, perfect location, well stocked & comfortable. Donna, the host, was wonderful. She covered everything. Directions, activities, restaurants & beach info. She was very quick to respond to all questions. The other tenants in the building were super nice as well. We will definitely be back. She made us feel at home. Thank you Donna for everything!

We had a lovely stay on the gulf. Unit was clean and as-advertised.

We had a great stay at House of the Sun. The property is older.and getting a hallway/elevator overhaul, but that didn't interfere with our stay. The elevator. lisest to our unit was bot working and that was a pretty big inconvenience, but we made due. We didn't take off stars for the elevator because there was a second one. The broken one is getting upgraded sometime soon a maintenance guy told us.The room was a pleasant surprise to the hallway (which is getting new flooring/upgrade). Condo was very comfortable, spacious and well accommodated. Had everything we needed and more.Property was very convenient to restaurants/shops and the beach is right there. Its also so easy to jump in car to run to Publix which is just over a mile away.

Donna was very responsive to all of our needs! The condo is clean and comfortable. We appreciated having access to chairs on the beach every day. This is a perfect place for a small family (2 adults, 2 teens) to stay. We really enjoyed our stay!

Room had a musty smell. Tried everything to eliminate the smell but no luck. Everything else was great!

Condo was very well stocked! Beds were very comfortable. Could see the gulf from corner balcony. Loved all info owner sent! Would definitely recommend this rental!!

The one disturbing aspect was the loud music from the bar across the street. It went on until midnight- 1am. Sitting on the deck or in the second bedroom it was the worse. It started around 3-4 every afternoon. The only other issue we had was the tv in the second bedroom had very poor quality and shouldn’t have been listed as functional. Overall our stay was as communicated. The Apt was immaculate and very comfortable

Had a great winter escape to the white sands of Siesta Key. Beautiful condo with easy access to shops, restaurants and night life. Incredible staff and impressive clean, safe, property!

This was a great place to stay. Donna was amazing and communicated perfectly and timely. Answered all our questions and was very caring and receptive. Will stay at this location and at Donna Properties again!
