Our host checked on us making sure we’re didn’t have many problems getting in. No problems at. Very nicely furnished kitchen and comfortable living area and bedrooms.

The place was perfect. Kitchen had everything you could need and more. Location was great with nothing more than a couple minutes drive away. Very spacious with comfortable beds and living room furniture. Host was very friendly and replied quickly. Will definitely stay here again on future visits to Hot Springs.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Hot Springs! The home was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. It was also one of the best-stocked vacation rentals we’ve ever experienced—everything we needed was thoughtfully provided. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. We would absolutely choose to stay here again on future visits!

Beautiful property on the lake with everything you could need. We had a great weekend. Lots of food options close by and only about 15 minutes to downtown.

We loved the fenced in area for our dog, and that they had so many basic essentials stocked for us! The space is nice and wide open, and we felt super comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Yes; the kitchen was fully loaded, not only equiped with everything you needed but also had a complimentary basket of snacks. Cubboard full of necessities. Very spacious and the beds felt like a warm hug from grandma. Slept like newborn babies. I'm sure we will be back. The Nances

We loved our stay! From check in to check out the host was amazing! Great communication and the place was so peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. I couldn't have asked for a better Birthday getaway.

This properly is very clean, nice and spacious. My family and i loved it. I most definitely will stay here again. The host was very nice and honest. My husband ate apples,peaches and pears every morning from the trees on the properly. Its not far from Magic Springs and downtown. This is a 10/10 for us.

My family with my 91 year old mom stayed in this unit which is the bottom of a duplex. My cousin and her family stayed in the the unit above. This allowed for everyone to have their own bedrooms and family space. And then also allowed both families to congregate together in the back yard which was wonderful. The porch with table and chairs were great. The kids loved the astroturf yard, the dock, the lake and the giant connect four. Our 2 families loved these 2 units offered by the same owner who was more than helpful. We loved the carport protection for the cars and getting out of the rain. We were close to racetrack and to the hot springs.

The condo was spacious and very clean! It’s the perfect spot for a little family retreat or just a couple. My wife and I loved the open floor kitchen and living room space. It had everything we could need for cooking and very nice cookwares and dishes! Appliances were new and the tv were smart TVs. Bathrooms were super clean and my wife was obsessed with the jacuzzi. Beds were like clouds too! The condo was nestled in a perfect area in our opinion. Right off the main road and only minutes away from major stores and downtown. Check in and check out was a breeze, the owners were nice and accommodating even offering box suites to the derby! Next time we come we’d like to bring a boat to use the dock. We couldn’t recommend this place enough, just book it!

Great location. Very clean and lots of room. Owners were very good about communicating. Inside and outdoor furniture and decor so pretty. Would rent again for sure.

We stayed here for just one night. The property was outstanding! One of the best stocked vrbos we’ve ever stayed in. Host communicated with us about everything, even offering us their private box at the races! Definitely recommend! Beds and pillows were super comfy too!

The property is very kid friendly with tons of games, kids supplies, bunk beds and outdoor gates. But, it was so relaxing in every way!

The home was overly stocked with everything you could possibly need. Owner is great to work with and we would definitely stay here again.

We arrived for a 2nd stay this year and found the condo has been very well maintained. It has almost anything that is needed to ensure your stay is great. With the addition of the turf in the back, our dog has a place to play. The location is central to almost anything in town and travel is easy to local places. The owners are there to ensure everything is perfect for your visit being a text or phone call away. Will definitely go back again

This is a fabulous place just as described, with a perfect waterfront view! It is pet friendly with a fenced in yard for your fur baby. Conveniently located to everything in Hot Springs! The owner checked on us several times to see if we needed anything! If you go to Hot Springs, check this place out for sure!
