Stayed Dec 26, 2025Great space for families and good location in Ruidoso. Lots of space for large groups, and downstairs is great for kids to go and play.Needs a few updates and maintenance, but overall a good place.

Stayed Sep 1, 2023Condo needs to be upgraded. King size beds need to be replaced. Dim lighting/or no lights throughout the house. Overall we enjoyed our time together, kitchen was well equipped. Dishwasher leaked into middle level floor. Views were beautiful! Didn’t like the layout: upstairs to kitchen/downstairs to get to the pool table/ grill. Only one cue stick was good. All others tip were broken. We had our elderly parents with us. Difficult for them to be going up and down the stairs.

Stayed Dec 16, 2021Just trying to communicate with property owner is difficult. We had major water problems. Water main broke we found out after we called. We were without water for almost 2 days. Which we were understanding but no one ever called us or checked on us. No one called. No one asked if we needed water. Nothing. The location is beautiful and it was relaxing once the water was back running which was after half of our time was lost. Anyway we loved the location.

Stayed Oct 22, 2021Beautiful 3 story condo , nicely decorated, cozy and comfortable. Lots of lighting. Would be helpful to have extra blankets, coffee for Keurig, laundry soap. Hot water was lacking for showers except in master bath. Overall great cabin.

Stayed Oct 8, 2021We had an awesome time together with my church small group. There were 8 of us total and it was a perfect amount of space. Loved that there were 3.5 bathrooms and plenty of bedrooms. Great property overall!

Stayed Jul 21, 2021My family and I enjoyed our stay-loved that it was close to midtown and had a pool. This condo is decorated very nicely and had most everything we needed. Only thing missing was some blankets-beds only had sheets and bedspreads. Also, be prepared for climbing lots of stairs. The place was clean and inviting and lots of parking for our large group.
