Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One of the worse experience that I have had since my entire 20 years that I have visited Myrtle Beach, Porch reaped cigarette smell.plus was dirty, The bedrooms very small and the mattresses were hard, definitely will not recommend this condo/penthouse to no one.Disappointed client,Brenda Baisden.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was a great spot for our week at the beach. We loved two ocean view bedrooms- not many have that feature. The condo was updated and modern. The carpets in the bedrooms could use a cleaning and some general handyman fixes- burnt lights, broken drawers. Unfortunately when we arrived on a Sunday the realty company hadn’t left our key out so we had to call the emergency number to pick it up. Delayed our check in and was frustrating that we felt forgotten. John- emergency maintenance- was quick and super helpful though.

Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying in Penthouse C and it's been a great experience both times! It's always spotless and extra towel and sheet sets are wrapped and are everywhere! The sheets are already on the bed as well which was really nice and the kitchen is fully stocked, there's even an air fryer if you need it! 10/10 would recommend! Our family of 6 fit comfortably and had plenty of space!

Weather was hot, beach was beautiful.The place we stayed was ok, but we were not happy with the king bedroom, the closet doors were very difficult to open. The mattress needs replacing.Also, I would not recommend Horizon East if there is more than one car in your group, as parking is terrible.

Rental was overall clean but does have some water damage on the ceilings. Overall perfect place for a very happy girls vacation trip! Amenities were great and condo stocked with kitchen essentials. Would absolutely rent again!

Notified the reality company. The next day maintenance guy came by looked at it, gave us 2 towels to put down. He could have used a wet dry vac to get the water out. Could not put anything on the floor.

Reviewer Comments: In general this unit was clean and well decorated however it was in need of maintenance and updating. Sliders and screens did not lock and/or open & bathrooms were showing typical signs of salt corrosion. A little TLC would go along way. Great location and view on the beach!
