The Space:

Come enjoy Horizon at 77th - located in beautiful Myrtle Beach, SC! This 7th-floor condo is in a resort located in ahighly desired section of Myrtle Beach. The resort has amenities for you and the entire crew to enjoy!



Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.



Parking: Easy access parking. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.



Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Smart keypad.



Kitchen: Fully stocked.



Living Area: Plenty of seating; ocean views! Sleeper sofa.



Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: King bed.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed.



Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms.



Balcony: Ocean views!



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Amenities: HOA owned and operated. Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions.



Laundry: Private in-unit laundry.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the condo to themselves. RENTAL OF THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY FORM OF FRONT-DESK SERVICE OR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, HOUSEKEEPING.

Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Routine pest control happens monthly at this condo via the HOA. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. 2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
