Stayed Jul 16, 2022Nice property with a dock to fish. During the week the property is very quiet. However, it gets a little busy on the weekends. The dock was nice to leave my boat in the water the entire trip. It had electrical outlets and water hose connections at each slip. The property has its own boat launch so that's very convenient. However, the trailer parking for the boats is limited. We didn't have an issue, but they are expanding the community and I wonder if it will be more limited after construction is finished. The pool is cleaned on a daily basis so that was nice to see. I will consider staying there again the next time I visit South Padre Island.

Stayed May 20, 2022Both my husband and I cannot say enough great things about this property. The condo was gorgeously decorated and seamlessly clean not to mention the most amazing view of the water. Beds were comfortable and everything was there that we needed for our stay. What we really loved about this complex was the simplicity of it and the lack of crowds. There are only a few condos in this gated community so you’re only sharing the pool area with a couple of people not hundreds. The infinity pool looking out into the bay is absolutely stunning. We visited the Gulf side of the island one day and decided to skip the crowds and the wind the remainder of the trip and stay at the condo and relax pool side. Every room had smart TVs and the master had a gorgeous view of the water as well. Loved morning coffee on the porch. Only recommendation would be to have a grill. But that’s just a personal preference. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back down to SPI.
