Hood River townhouse close to everything with river-view location & rooftop BBQ

Excellent place.

Great location!

Loved the downtown location and the cool layout. Bedroom was very comfortable, had all the amenities we needed. Unfortunately the HVAC system cannot be ran as it is incredibly loud and in desperate need of repair. Also a bummer is our car wouldn’t fit down the driveway so we had to park a block away and carry all our bags over. Not bad for an easy one night stay

Fantastic location right by shops and restaurants of Hood River. Large and updated master bedroom and master bath. Other bedrooms are quite small. 2nd shower is very small. Nice, updated kitchen, dining area and living room…with lots of space. No remote control for garage so didn’t have access to garage, and we had to pay for street parking.

The townhouse was beautiful and the location was great! Street parking was fairly easy to find. I was concerned about the noise from the trains based on reading other reviews, but it was not an issue at all. The only reason I did not give this a five-star rating was due to the size of the beds. The listing states it can sleep 6, but definitely not six full grown adults (would be just fine for kids). The two smaller beds are definitely more of a full size instead of Queens. We managed with using an air mattress and the couch for sleeping. The couch was surprisingly comfortable! Overall it was a great weekend and i would stay here again.

The property is really nice with a great view of the Columbia River. Convenient to shops and restaurants in Hood River. The kitchen was well stocked. The rooftop balcony is a great place to watch the sunset. The unit is well insulated so that you barely hear the trains. 3rd bedroom is very small (we didn’t use it so it wasn’t a problem. And garage parking is great but only if you have a smaller car. Would definitely recommend this property

The rooftop patio was wonderful place to watch the sunset. Beautiful home! Very convenient to walking to shops/restaurants in Hood River. Tight parking if you have a larger car.

The loft had everything we needed and more. It was super clean and comfortable. We didn't have any issue with parking, in a Subaru forester we had plenty of space in the garage. The views are amazing and the rooftop was a great bonus for stargazing. The train noise didn't bother us at all, we really enjoyed watching it go by. Walking distance to all the fun shops and restaurants.

The unit was great. It is located in the heart of the downtown area so everywhere was walkable. We were here on a kiteboarding trip and was able to see the Event Site from our place. The views of Hood River and mountains are fabulous. The only downside for light sleepers was the unit is right next to the train tracks. We didn’t have a problem with the noise of an intermittent train rolling by. The garage parking is tricky, only big enough for midsize vehicles. Large trucks/Extended SUV’s will not fit down the narrow road.

The house was great. We enjoyed the accommodations. The home is centrally located and we were able to walk in downtown. We were here on a kiteboarding trip and can see the Event Site. The only draw back for light sleepers would be the train that runs right behind the unit. The parking was also a bit of an issue because of the narrow entrance to get into the garage. We were unable to properly us the garage because we had a large vehicle. We would definitely stay here again. Vacasa customer service was very responsive to text messages and questions we had about the unit.

Really enjoyed our stay here. No problems with noise. Liked having a full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. Loved being able to walk to dinner.

The loft was very nice. The location could not be better. You really don’t need to drive anywhere. Garage as mentioned by others is pretty much useless. We had a Tesla we were able to get it in, but it was such a pain that we decided not to use it the rest of the trip we were able to find nearby parking for free or a low price. The rooftop deck was super cool and I loved the interior of the loft. Train noise wasn’t as bad as I expected. As others said, the master stays very bright so if you need a dark room, this might not be for you. I would stay here again as it is a very neat place.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Noise was mentioned in some of the other reviews, but it wasn't an issue for us. It was great to have a living space so close to everything. We walked virtually everywhere. The kitchen was well-appointed and the appliances top-notch. The bed was VERY comfortable. Looking forward to a return trip in the future.

I loved being so close to the center of town. Plus it is not a far walk to the park by the river. Inside the unit, the bedrooms were fine although I had to get used to all the steps. Ha! The rooftop terrace was the highlight of being there. We could sit out there at the end of the day and easily relax. This was a really nice place.

Beautiful industrial style newly renovated loft. Great location, high end features. Very fun rooftop. Would stay again.

We very much enjoyed our stay! Walking distance to everything. The weather cooperated and we were able to experience the rooftop patio, which was the perfect spot for happy hour both days. Easy check-in and check-out. Layout was perfect for two couples. Fully equipped kitchen. Wifi worked great.

The cooking pans are top notch which is rare, the location is spectacular. The house itself is beautiful. Will definitely be returning.

This property was overall really great. Walking location to many things right downtown which you can’t beat. Very clean and well maintained property. There were some very small items that could be improved but, no huge complaints overall. There is some train noise but not drastically noticeable and wasn’t a complaint for the stay. Definitely would rent this property again.

Location was super close to town and easy walking to everywhere we wanted to go. The house is lovely (lots of stairs) and super clean. We really appreciated the rooftop garden area! Easy to check in and out. We would definitely stay here again!

My daughter attended an outdoor camp with a local gym. I needed a place where we could relax in the evening and I could work remotely during the day. The general location was perfect. Easily walkable to everything. It took us about a day to get used to the train traffic. Our Ford Explorer fits in the garage, but exiting the garage took a little effort (I felt like Austin Powers) but it was doable and a safe parking spot far outweighed any challenges. The condo is very cool and the rooftop was a lovely retreat. Communication and responsiveness was fantastic.

Loved the location & ability to walk everywhere. The rooftop deck was a treat & great place to hang outside & take it all in. The overall aesthetic was on point & very well stocked with whatever you might need.
