When you’re ready to set your sights on the abundance of attractions this city is packed with, make your way north to the main thoroughfare taking you all the way from the thrills of Silver Dollar City into downtown Branson, a vibrant area featuring an array of shopping destinations, a diverse culinary scene, and of course, live music on just about every corner!

This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. A rollaway bed is also available for your convenience. The bedroom includes a luxurious king size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, along with a smart TV. The modern ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This is a 3rd-floor, walk-up unit requiring 26 stair steps to reach the entrance. No elevator available.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking is available in the parking lot for 1 vehicle on a first-come, first-served basis. The required parking pass will be obtained from the guard at the gate upon arrival.

• Pet friendly! Maximum 1 dog, 25 lbs. or less allowed. Cats are not permitted. An additional flat pet fee of $125 will be required. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

• The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
