Homey Condo with Cabin vibe, Steps from Slopes. Downtown. Heated Pool TBNA1

We had a great experience staying at this cabin! It was a great location. We were able to walk to everything downtown. If we could not walk to something there is a bus stop in walking distance that will pick you up and drop you off. We loved Breckenridge!

This was disappointing. The hot water took 10-15 minutes to get warm (I am not exaggerating). This needs to be addressed. It is a HUGE waste of water. We ended up showering at the pool shower to make it easier. Picking up a key in town for the condo is very inconvenient. The communication with the management company was annoying. I asked for early check in and I got an automated response that we would be charged a fee. Then they sent me a message that the condo was ready early with no mention of a fee. The main bathroom's shower door is hard to get in and out of. This is not an appropriate place to stay for anybody with mobility issues.

In need of maintenance. Floors uneven, loose trim, and master shower door is Jerry rigged in an awful and dangerous manner. Kitchen needs more/bigger pots

The property was fine. The communication with the management company was good, in that someone answered the phone, Amazing! However, when I couldn't submit the contract on line, the representative I contacted said she did it for me. The next day I received a text saying I hadn't submitted the contract and would lose the reservation if I didn't submit it. I called property management again, and the person there submitted it. Each time I spoke to a management rep., I was told I could submit an earlier arrival time, but they couldn't guarantee check-in until 4 pm. We arrived in Breckenridge at 1:30 and shopped around. A few minutes after 4 pm, I called the management company to tell them I hadn't received a text saying we could pick up the keys for the condo, per the rental agreement. They then informed me that check-in was not guaranteed until 6 pm. Who has check-in at 6 pm? Apparently, it was in the small print. It never occurred to me that check-in would be later than 4, partially because each time we spoke, the reps told me it was 4, but also because I have NEVER checked in later than 4 anywhere in the world! And btw, the master bath had one shower door with a sign saying not to use it and the other door, which was too close to the toilet to open, said to be gentle. I am not sure why it took 6 hours to clean, as renters are instructed to clean up the kitchen and take out the trash. I had planned to leave a review, and then never got around to it, but since you asked...

Was a great experience, very comfy!

Perfect place to stay for a quick ski trip. Two nice sized bedrooms and two full bathrooms, comfortable living room, dining and kitchen, great location. Did not have a car and did not need one. Walked to pick up skis and walked to ski lift. Walked to breakfast and dinner. Only drawback was the shower in the larger bedroom - very hard to get in and out of because the most convenient glass door access is sealed so you have to do some gymnastics to step around the toilet to get in and out of the shower. This seems like it should be a simple thing to remedy.

Place was clean and had everything needed for a 3 days ski trip. Communication with front desk was very quick and easy.
