If you're visiting during the winter months, it's a moderate but uphill walk to the slopes at Canyon Lodge (or make the short walkto the bus stop to get to the ski area and town). And when the sun is shining, this condo is just around the corner from the Lakes Basin Bike Path. Regardless of the season, be sure to visit the Village at Mammoth for shopping, dining, live events, and movies all less than a mile northeast of this home. Please note that a 4x4 vehicle is required for access to and from this rental during the winter months.

Spend time together in the open concept living and dining areas featuring brand new carpeting as as well as a new gas fireplace. Alongside these spaces, the full kitchen comes equipped with cookware and dinnerware and a variety of labor-saving countertop gadgets and updated appliances. You also have access to a shared gas grill if you want to have a fun, summertime cookout.

After a day of skiing in winter or hiking and cycling in summer, rest easy in the master bedroom with a king-size bed and private, attached full bath, or in the guest room with two twins. With the addition of a second full bathroom and a sofabed in the living room, this home sleeps up to six guests very comfortably.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
