This is my modern home built in 2014, a one bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home that I am proud to have lived in. Located directly across from the Anaheim Packing District. Condo is on the 3rd floor with access to stairs and elevator; no neighbors up above, just the roof top patio. Private washer and dryer. This is for stays over 30 days. Place is furnished with basic amenities for cooking, cleaning, personal care. Parking is street only. There is Ring Security DoorBell Cam. Turns off when rented.
