The location was perfect for an event we attended in Charlotte.

Is a nice town house clean,spacious , It has a nice coffe maker but isn’t coffe in there. If I back to rock hill for sure I will rent again.

Nice quiet area, close proximity to Cherry Park.

The unit was well kept but the back yard space needs serious attention.

Second time staying at this property - it is priced excellently for a 3br, 2ba condo. Literally no challenges - it was clean, and ready to go. Upstairs is one of the bedrooms and full bath. That room is sparsely decorated - it would be helpful to have hooks in the bathroom or closet to hang towels, and perhaps a table or luggage holder to hold a suitcase up off the floor. A nice to have would be a bedside lamp as the only lighting upstairs is the overhead ceiling fan light. All in, I'll still seek this rental out for future trips to Rock Hill. I had zero communication issues and this place was quite comfortable for three travelers. Parking was easy and right in front of the door, and the refrigerator has an ice maker for your chilled drinks. All in, it is a 5-star property.

The home was as described, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Felt very safe and comfortable staying in the area. Due to ice storm we needed to extend our stay an additional 2 days, owner was responsive in a very timely manner. Took the pressure off of having to find other accommodations. Highly recommend, will definitely stay here in the future .

Great location for an event at the Magnolia Room. Our son's wedding was at that venue, and this location was only about 5 minutes away. Made it easy for changing clothes on the day after setup and rehearsal. The main floor bedrooms and walk in shower would have been perfect for Grandma who supposed to come with us, but her heath didn't allow her to travel. Two dedicated parking spaces right in front were very nice. It was too chilly while we were there to enjoy the back patio and grill, but that is a nice option.

Great location! Beds and couch are all very comfortable! I love the minimal decor as it is clean and simple. Only improvement I would suggest is TVs in bedrooms and an end table in the back bedroom. Unit is very clean and has everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be back!

Very comfortable and convenient location

Unit was very clean and communication with host was very open with very timely responses. The floorplan was perfectly suited for our needs with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a low step shower downstairs that made it much easier for our elderly parent. The upstairs room/suite was also equipped with its own full bathroom as well. We will definately recommend this unit and host for a small group visiting Rock Hill. We look forward to booking this one again in the future.

Responsive host, clean rental, conveniently located

We enjoyed how quiet the location was. When cleaning up before we left the vacuum was not in the best condition and my husband had to clean it. A couple of the kitchen items could use replacement like the pans and spatulas. Description matched the rooms and amenities.

This is our third time staying here, awesome as always! The host is very responsive, great location, great place. We'll be back next year!

Nice place. Liked the downstairs shower a lot better than upstairs, but overal was a very pleasant stay.

Drove down from vermont to South Carolina to visit my grandfather my mom’s dad. This place was amazing to stay at it was beautiful,clean we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and visit family. Thank you so very much!!

Lovely 3-bedroom townhouse. Fully stocked kitchen! Could use a few improvements: Bedrooms-nightstands with lamps, chairs, light weight blankets for beds...comforters too heavy for summer, small bureaus. A kitchen table with chairs...island chairs too high for older folks like us. Nonslip throw rugs in bathroom and at front door. And an instruction where the pool was.

The property owner was responsive and accomodating to questions/issue we had and the property was clean and comfortable.The layout was nice, with two rooms and a full bath on the first floor and the primary suite upstairs with a full bath (and with its own thermostat, I might add!)The pool was also really nice and we enjoyed our time there. A few things that could be improved is the kitchen cookware. The cookware was old nonstick TFal that was so severely scratched ‐ mostly the pans, the pots seemed to be ok. The plastic spatulas were also in bad shape, with plastic melted off.Beyond replacing those few kitchen items, it was a wonderful stay and we enjoyed our time there.

We had a wondeful experience. The house was exactly what we were looking for to feel home while away from home. Thank you!

Stay was wonderful we really enjoy it.

The townhouse was nice. The a/c didn’t really dry out the house so everything felt damp but the temp. was comfortable. The house was clean and sanitized except for a few crumbs in the cabinet and refrigerator. Overall, my daughter and I were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

No complaints on the unit location, comfort, bed comfort, air and heat controls and accuracy of the description. I would recommend some plumbing work. Kitchen faucet leaking a bit and shower pressure is not adequate. Nothing about that would ruin our visit, but those things need attention. Bedside lamps would be a plus as well. If those things are improved, we would stay again. Thank you!

This property was perfect for our stay. It was about 10 minutes away from the aquatic center. The area felt safe and the neighborhood was quiet. There is one bedroom upstairs and two downstairs. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed except garbage bags. There weren't any garbage bags in any trash can, so we just used grocery store bags in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and there were extra comforters. The bathrooms had soap but no shampoo, conditioner or body wash. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

This is a nice place to stay, quiet and clean. The beds were not as comfy as I would have liked, but for a long weekend just fine. Also needed a few amenities, so if you book, stop at the store on the way in for tissues, coffee, soap, shampoo and some extra toilet paper if staying more than a couple days. ( we have never stayed at a VRBO that didn't have these provided). Otherwise a good and comfortable setup and the owner was very easy to work with. thank you.

We stayed here over the holidays while spending most of our time with family, and the property met our needs perfectly. It was clean, matched the description in the listing, and provided all the basics for a comfortable stay.

Everything worked out great. We had all that we needed. It was also quiet and peaceful despite it being a townhouse community.

Had everything we needed including a hair dryer for the ladies. Very comfortable, i did have to get used to full bed instead of usual queen. If ever need to stay in the area again I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Stayed here for five days while visiting family. Very basic kind of place with few extras. Easy access to unit. Clean inside but always had a musty odor upon entering. Beds were comfortable but no extra blankets. Limited cooking utensils. Patio area could use some TLC and furniture.

This place was completely sufficient for my needs for the week. It was a great place to come back to and relax after each round at the United States disc golf championship. Everything was very clean. I would certainly book it again if I were returning to the area.

We stayed at this property for two weeks in Sept. 2024. It is tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, but close to everything you need. All the furnishings are in good condition. It is extremely clean and well maintained. The very best aspect was the responsiveness of the host when we had a question. I highly recommend it!
