Hollywood Paradise Condo on the Beach!

I've stayed many places and am hard to please. But this place, and its owner, are simply the best. The condo is better than the description and pictures would suggest. The place is immaculate, very well-appointed and extremely well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the furnishings were great. We wanted for nothing in terms of utensils, appliances, linens, accessories, etc. The unit was supremely comfortable, easy to access, quiet and welcoming. Although the check-in, parking and check-out procedures at The Tides can be a bit challenging, checking in and out of the unit itself could not have been easier. And yes, the view of the beach from the balcony is terrific -- close enough to hear the roar of the waves and far enough away to take it all in. As for the owner, Fabrizio was fantastic. He is the most responsive and easy-to-reach owner I've ever dealt with. He is pleasant, attentive and caring. On the rare occasion that I had to leave a voice mail or text, he responded in a matter of minutes. On any future visits to the Hollywood/Hallendale area, this is the place I want to stay and this is the owner I want to deal with. Perfect!

The apartment had everything we needed. Fabrizio was organized and helpful. I highly recommend to stay with him.

When I walked through the door I was absolutely amazed. Such an elegant condo with wonderful views. The condo was extremely clean and in perfect condition. Everything was updated with a very comfortable bed. Kitchen was immaculate with everything you could ever need. I brought a lot of my own things not knowing how much I would need. Never unpacked any of my own stuff. I suprised my wife and two year old with this condo for a week and they were in heaven. There was already toys there for my daughter to play with including sand toys and a life jacket. All the beach equipment was a pleasant suprize that i thought I would have to either buy or rent at the beach. Such a beautiful place to stay! I can't wait to stay here again! Fabrizio was excellent to work with. Quick response anytime I had questions. Very friendly and easy going. I loved this place so much I stay two extra nights. I can't get over how nice the condo was! Thank you so much for an amazing week!
