Stayed Feb 1, 2023Overall uncleanliness. Old stained furniture. Cockroaches, even after professional spraying. Unclean smell. I requested that the property manager have the air filter changed. It was disgusting when I saw it. Old pots and pans, sheets were old and stained, nothing welcoming about the place. Ad claims to have 2 tvs. One is a picture tube from the 1980s and not hooked up. Ad claims “balcony facing ocean” is a flagrant lie. It faces a noisy loading dock and 2 dumpsters. Back up beepers, workers yelling everyday from 7 am until after 11 pm some nights. Property manager wanted us to stop at his house to pick up the key (only 1 key and one fob issued for 2 people) when arriving and to drop off at his house when leaving, to which I refused both times. The pool area, beach and neighborhood were nice but, I wouldn’t stay at this unit again, if it was offered for free.

Stayed Dec 28, 2022It’s was dirty, loud, smelly, cigarette smoke drifted through the vents inside the apartment, beach had a lot of trash, on top of that our bikes were stolen from the garage… Not worth the money

Stayed Jan 15, 2022This property has everything that we need. It was originally one bedroom unit converted into 2 bedroom. One bedroom have no window and the other is tiny. One full bathroom accessible through the larger bedroom. OK for 2 people . ,
