The Space:

The luxurious space isfilled with high end touches, a gorgeous view of Holland, and cozy Dutch Heritage accents. The well equipped, open concept kitchen features a large island and offers unique touches including multiple coffee options, a variety of cooking essentials, and more! The inviting living space has plenty of seating, a smart Tv and electric fireplace. The couch converts to a comfortable queen bed sleeping option. Enjoy mixing a drink from the living room bar and a quiet night on the balcony too, both accessed from the living room space. The bedroom features a comfortable king bed and wall to wall windows being both cozy and spacious with another smart Tv. You'll love the spa-like bathroom with a separate toilet closet, huge walk in tiled shower, heated shower bench and heated floors!

Included in your stay is an indoor parking space and access to the gym. Whether you're in town for Tulip Time, a corporate event, to relax by Lake Michigan, or visiting family this is the perfect getaway space.



We had a wonderful vacation staying at Towers 409 in downtown Holland. The condo was perfectly clean, well-stocked, and in a great location for enjoying all that downtown Holland has to offer. From beginning to end the staff at Sterling Sands was amazing. They had everything covered to let me know exactly what to expect during check-in, check-out, and everything in between. Getting Around:

This property is within walking distance to Downtown Holland's main street with shopping, dining, bars, parks, and more! It is also walkable to Holland Ice Park, the farmers market, and Hope College. If you plan to have more than one vehicle with you, please let us know ahead of time. We cannot guarantee an extra spot but can direct you to the city's parking site.



Other Things to Note:

For the coffee lover: this condo includes a Nespresso machine and starter pods. We also provide a Chemex pour over set up with filters. Just bring your preferred ground coffee and start your day off well caffeinated, however you like it! Fresh ground coffee is available at Lemonjellos (College & 9th), Stovetop Coffee Roasters (13th and Central) or The 205 Coffee Bar (205 Columbia). Making coffee not your thing Don't worry, Lemonjellos and Bowermans are only a short walk away!
