Stayed Aug 30, 2025Upon arrival, the outside of the building was just fine. After we got into the building, we noticed that everything was very dirty looked old and outdated. Once we got into the room, it also was outdated. The furniture was from the 90s as was the decor. The walls needed repainting as the paint was chipping in places our sheets would not stay on the bed so we constantly had to fix them multiple times a night. We couldn’t use the balcony due to the loud air conditioner. The kitchen decorations were so sticky and covered with dust. You would have to wash your hands after you touched it.Positive noteThe condo itself was clean as far as the bathroom the floor

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great little condo perfect for my wife and I. Very comfortable and cozy, located on Indian Shores beach with lots of restaurants near by. Luckily the unit is on the 1st floor and an easy flight of stairs up. Their is only one elevator in the building and it can get very busy, especially during weekends and holidays making for long elevator waits. Overall a great visit and experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This location was perfect. Easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Place was quiet and the bed is very comfortable. I recommend using the Suncoast Trolly to get around. Runs from Clearwater all the way to St.Pete with so many stops along the way. Hop on hop off system. Would definitely consider a return visit!

Stayed Mar 14, 2024Building was under construction and renovation for over a year, some of the units are owned by residence and some are rented, and the owners pointed out how the balconies and a third of the building Edmond sinking and now has had to be restructured and strengthen and they were given no deadline as to when it would be finished and had been going on for over a year when we were there. 7 o’clock in the morning at jackhammer started and shook the whole building and the construction crews were going to be ongoing all week long so we canceled and moved out. Also there is very little parking with only one handicap space and the majority of parking is across the highway , there is only one elevator for seven floors of guests and owners . Before anyone agrees to rent one of the units check out whether all of the construction has been completed which at the earliest is probably another year.

Stayed Feb 18, 2024We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit was exactly as shown. Plenty of room for 2. Bed is very comfy. Complex is so quiet.It was too windy for the beach. But the pool was perfect for soaking up the sun and socializing with others. The location is near everything and the trolley is convenient if you don’t want to drive. Overall we were very pleased and will definitely return! Kristin was very responsive to our needs.
