Holiday Villas II 407 Premier- Beachy Gulfside Unit, Fantastic Amenities

The living room, couch and view from the double sliding doors was amazing. The bathrooms and showers were nice as well. The walk in shower in the master is very nice.

Clean place with direct access to beach, beach area was quiet and kids had a great time. Pool was ok, very cloudy, kind of dirty. Not a lot of kitchen starting supplies, so if you're cooking purchase ahead, salt and pepper, ECT, cooking pans in bad shape. We rented beach chairs, they provided 2 which helped. Nice balcony patio and overall good stay. Strong negative is property is managed by a group, not individual so communication is slow, not detailed answers, and I didn't like using their website to access info and codes, nor signing their external documents, one line item stating they reserved the right to change rental unit, which may not have same amenities. Renting through VRBO should be just that, going forward I would not rent from a management company on any future rental.

The room was dirty and they told us it was an ocean front and it wasn’t. way to much money wasted. they were awful at returning calls AND we’d had to pay for washing and drying our clothes… when they said there was one in our room.

The condo was very attractive. The furniture was so comfortable. The mattresses were great.The whole place was so clean. We had a great view. Very quiet.

The condo was clean, and the area was safe and convenient to restaurants. The view of the bay was nice, but the sun in the morning was intense, and there were no blinds to block the sunlight. Being able to walk out the back and be on the beach was great.

We (Mom & Dad mid-40s, two girls 11 and 8) stayed for six nights at this property in August of 2024. We’re frequent vacationers and have stayed in this area many times on beach trips. Overall: Property is very clean and comfortable. Living room is great to hang out in, kids loved the oversized sofa. Internet is fast and all appliances worked perfectly. Beds are comfy. What we liked: Location is outstanding. Smack in the middle between John’s Pass and the main Indian Rocks Beach exit, you are in between all the major restaurants and shops. Being right on the beach is great as you can walk directly on the sand. On-site pool was clean, warm, and deep (8’6). Water pressure was great in showers and no issues with elevator or access. What we missed: An in-unit washer and dryer. There is coin-operated laundry service and it works fine, but having one inside your rental is a nice bonus. To be fair the listing does say that it is “onsite”. A heads up:The pool is not on the ocean-side of the property. It is a very short walk from the beach but not directly on it. Expect a layer of salt mist on your car every day from the beach as the parking is open. Also this unit does not face the ocean. Some do, not this one. Would we recommend it? Depends on what you are looking for. If a non-ocean view is OK with you and you don’t mind onsite vs in-room laundry, YES. Will we stay again? Unlikely but that is more because of our preferences and not the rental. It is a very nice place.

Condo was as described. My only complaint would be that there was no safety latch on the entry door. Just the keypad to lock/unlock the door to the exterior.

This place was perfect for a beach stay. Steps from the beach. It was clean and comfortable.

This was an amazing property. Our boys graduated this year. One from college and the other from high school. Everything was more than expected. The lady that assisted us with an early check in was so sweet and helpful. The condo was beautiful and well decorated. So much room and comfortable. The access to the beach and nearby restaurants and attractions was great. Very memorable vacation!! Thank you for an awesome stay!!
