Stayed Apr 18, 2022Pros of this property: steps to beach, beaches not overly crowded, endless hot water Cons of property: beds are horribly uncomfortable, killed several roaches during stay, rude management, air conditioner constantly resets itself to 76 and wouldn’t keep room cool, condo is dated and needs updated, codes for every entrance that at times do not work, changes in door codes mid stay which was frustrating

Stayed May 19, 2022Really convenient location, especially when you have an infant. The pool was another really nice feature for the kiddos. We stayed in another condo at Holiday Villas 2 back in 2019 and remembered the location for it's convenience. The condo was very clean and easy to check in even though we arrived after hours due to a flight delay.

Stayed May 9, 2022Holiday Villas I had everything we needed to make our beach vacation wonderful! Our condo was facing Gulf Blvd. , which turned out to be perfect because the sun wasn’t shining in all day. Our condo stayed cool and we enjoyed sitting on on the balcony in the afternoons. Great stay!!

Stayed May 13, 2021My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Access to the beach was the primary reason for our interest in this property and it did not disappoint. Many local restaurants are within the area to enjoy as well.

Stayed Apr 29, 2021property was in good condition. Elevator codes did not always work and caused some grief for access for us and others. Never did figure out the inconsistency. The unit was clean and very accommodating. The group was three men on a golf and beach weekend. For beach and pool access could not ask for anything better. Golf was close and our choose to travel over the bay for a couple courses. A good trip.
