Holiday Isle 722 - 7th Story Pent House Unit - Panoramic Views

Easy going place

The place was absolutely beautiful, it’s one of the best views of the island! We were disappointed with the level of cleanliness and general lack of care given to such a lovely place. Things like bedroom doors not being able to latch, subpar kitchen utensils (no measuring spoons), dirty floors & rugs, and cheap materials were frustrating for the price point. They would really benefit from an interior designer. The space itself isn’t currently being used very well. However, the upgraded patio furniture was lovely! Overall, we had a great stay but would love to see some improvements before we stay again.

The condo was super clean. The corner condo windows allow for an AMAZING VIEW!!! There was plenty of safe gated parking. The island itself is very safe and much slower paced compared to other beach towns. We cooked most of our meals in the kitchen. The electric BBQ was super awesome to have. We cooked burgers and chicken on it a couple of times. The master bathroom has a bidet toilet seat!!! This was our first time ever using a bidet and we loved it so much that we ordered the exact same model from Amazon and I installed it the day after we got home from vacation. The condo has a ton of space both inside and on the balcony. We loved the fact that the beach was not crowded. The nearest person was probably 30 feet away. Would for sure stay here again. It was wonderful

The view is 5 stars. The balcony furniture leaves a lot to be desired though, with and/or broken. That’s a shame. If the owner would upgrade the balcony furniture, to hover the premium price being charged. The sliding door screen leading out to the balcony was torn also. I expected nicer for the price.

The Eagles Nest is a beautiful condo with endless views and the sunsets are amazing. The interior is furnished nicely and comfortable, great recliners! However, it is time for some items to have attention, we were extremely disappointed in the patio furniture it was all very old and damaged. The kitchen utensils need replacing. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Please address the patio it needs attention!

Loved everything about the property. The patio furniture is a bit long in the tooth and not particularly comfortable. That’s the only thing I think the owners could address.

Wonderful accommodations! Sunrise and sunset views from the balcony!

This was a great location for a quiet beach trip for our family. The view is amazing, and we enjoyed time just sitting on the balcony and taking it in. It is a decent walk to the beach, but that wasn't a big deal for our group. We'd definitely come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, spacious condo. Property description was accurate. The views and wrap around porch set this condo apart from our previous condo stays. The kitchen had all the essentials, but could use more silverware. The floors were dirty, the cleaning service needs to step up their game. I would recommend this condo.

Convenient to all parts of the Island. Place is updated,clean spacious for a family of six Outdoor/Indoor pool with Jacuzzi was amazing perfect amenities, safe and gated Community! Pple are friendly, Quiet, love it that if the guest want to listen to their own music they put a posted sign To Please use your Earbuds To listen to your music We Thank the Management Team for Reinforcing all Rules for Everyone to be safe, and to have a peaceful vacation!
