Historical Condo near Shops, Restaraunts, and Beach

It was nice being able to walk out of the condo and be right in the middle of town. Very clean, and well appointed.

Location was great but no parking space was available and I got a parking ticket. Could not contact manager and no info on business hours or when you're allowed to contact manager.

Second time staying this condo. It has always been first rate. Always clean. The unit has everything you need for a week's stay. The only issue we had was the key. There was supposed to be a set if keys inside the condo along with a set of keys from the outside lockbox. We only had the set from the outside lockbox. Nothing inside the unit. We managed, but the main entrance key was difficult to use. Needed several minutes of jiggling. The management company was not eager to help so we lived with it. I still highly recommend this place.

The main beach here gets a bit crowded but if you're willing to take a short drive to one of the nearby parks you'll find a great beach spot.

1 mile walk to the beach with restaurants and shopping very nearby. The kitchen was well stocked and past guests had left spices and some miscellaneous items to help stock the pantry. There were beach chairs in the closet, but you'll need to bring your own beach towels. We were able to access our Netflix account on the living room TV which was nice. There's no real view, but the balcony was still nice and proximity to attractions was more important to us.

This property is in an excellent location. It was exactly as advertised.

Enjoyed our time in Gd Haven.. but disappointed the Homeowners do not allow even a gas grill on the deck. Minor issues that you may want to address : Plumbing for both toilets. Oven cleanliness. Overall, best location in Gd Haven..

The carnival is right outside the door however the condo is quiet inside. Walking distance to the beach. The place is nice, clean and comfortable. The major downside is overnight parking. There are only about 10 spots for overnight parking close by. The rest are 3 hour. The spots are always taken by other guest, so once you get a spot you don't want to move your car or you probably won't get another one when you get back. You have to pay $5 a day for overnight parking which isn't bad, but you have to remember to get a ticket every day as they are single day passes. While on vacation, it is a lot to have to think about and deal with every day. We stayed for 3 days after the festival and overnight parking did not get any better. I also recommend bringing more bath towels. We were provided 4 bath towels for 4 adults for a week. Overall, if you don't need a car, I would recommend this condo, otherwise I would look for a place with a reserved space.
