This location is absolutely fantastic. We could walk to everything. The townhouse is very spacious as well - plenty of room for our family of 5 plus grandparents. The host was very responsive and kind when we had questions.

This was a great space! The location couldn’t be beat! We took the subway most places or just walked. The host was very communicative! Our family of 6 adults was very comfortable. We cooked dinner in most nights with everything we needed present in the kitchen. There were great guide books in the house and an informative manual. Really wonderful in all aspects!

This is a beautiful property right on Beacon Street next to the Public Garden and around the corner from Charles Street. So, the location would be very difficult to beat. We’re Boston veterans who used to live in the area years ago, so we can appreciate a top property when we stay at one. Peter does a great job of communicating and makes the check-in and check-out process very easy. You won’t regret choosing this VRBO, and we will gladly look to come back again soon…maybe next year! This is an amazing property at an exceptional location. The house is lovely and the host is easily available if needed. We stayed 4 nights and the location is centrally located so you can explore the city with ease. The house is decorated perfectly and the rooms are comfortable. I hope to return for a future visit!

Our second visit to this remarkable townhouse. It is perfectly located. The interior is light-filled, modern and spotless. Kitchen is well equipped and the furnishings comfortable.Checkin is easy and the host is readily available.

My family and I stayed here for a night and had a great time. The place and location are exactly as described and the owner is very responsive and helpful. It fit my family of 6 perfectly and made for a quick 20 min walk to TD Arena (why we were in town). Great stay!

Place was great! We were able to check in as soon as we arrived. Location was amazing so many resturants to walk to! Uber was great to get around but you can walk to everything too. Beautiful area Boston in July highly recommend.

We had wonderful stay at this property! It is perfectly located in Boston. It is a stone’s throw away from the public garden and the Boston Common. Back bay is just a step away. Easy access to all of Boston! The apartment itself is spacious and roomy. My family had a wonderful stay here and enjoyed all aspects of the apartment.

The location, accommodations, and professional nature of our interactions with the hosts were all top light. Convenient to everything. It ended up being more space than we needed because of a last-minute cancellation by two in our group. It could easily have accommodated the listed capacity.

This townhouse was nothing short of amazing perfection. EVERYTHING was exactly as described by the host and the listing. I honestly don’t think the listing is as good as the actual home really is. Immaculate, upscale and beautiful. Was up in Boston for the Red Sox and a speaking engagement and had 4 close friends. Walked to Abe and Louie’s from the townhouse and it was a terrific walk.The location directly across from Boston Common Gardens is perfect. Words cannot do it justice. If in Boston, this is the place for the perfect stay.1000% satisfied with this host and level and ease of communication. Thank you. I will be back!

Couldn't have found a better venue and host! Everything about our stay was magical. Perfect location to celebtrate our sons wedding at Hampshire House and enjoy lovely Beacon Hill neighborhood and sights of Boston.

Our family of 5 had the best time in Boston. This property was everything we needed. The location was awesome. We walked to everything. Charles street is 1 block away- great restaurants, shoppes, etc. The public gardens are beautiful across the street from the property. Everything was 15-20 min walk to major attractions. We will definitely be back.

We visited Boston to celebrate my teen son’s birthday along with his buddy and our younger son. This was the perfect stay—many happy memories were made. The apartment is in the quintessential Boston location, an easy perch to step out and enjoy all the city has to offer. The owner is gracious and attentive and the apartment accommodations are sparkling clean and.as described. Will certainly stay here again.

Property was better than advertised. What a fantastic location and unit!!! Most sights are within an easy walk from the townhouse. Owner was available when needed and very accomodating. Loved it and highly recommend this property.

Location is amazing - right across from Boston Commons park, and very close to local eateries and shops. The apartment provided the flexibility we needed to accommodate our family, and the pocket doors closed off the living room from the kitchen area, which prevented our one year old from falling down the stairs. The master bedroom is quite spacious and includes an ensuite bathroom with deep tub. The other bedrooms are smaller and share a bathroom with shower. The kitchen was well equipped, and we appreciated that there were plenty.of garbage bags, dishwash detergent and even laundry detergent. Even a welcome bag of chocolates! Peter was an excellent host and was very responsive to our requests. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, super walkable to everywhere in the immediate city. Gorgeous view of Boston Common right outside of the main floor living room window. Just doors down from Cheers, a 2 min walk to Acorn Street, 10 min walk to the North End, 5 min walk from Newbury Street! Very clean property, accurately described, and great communication from the property manager.

This is a beautiful property in the perfect neighborhood. Very quiet but near restaurants, local grocery and bakery store. Easy walk to historical sites with trolley stop on same block.

We just had a quick overnight stay and wanted to be close to everything. Location was perfect. Close enough to the airport and walk to pick up the freedom trail in the commons and trek to the north end. Host was extremely accommodating.

The property was in great condition and I really cannot think of a better location to explore Boston from. This house is central to everything. We had a wonderful time and the hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Boston.

We had so much fun in Boston and staying so close to all the places we wanted to visit was amazing and very time saving. We were able to visit something in the morning, walk back and rest a bit and then head out again. One bed was small for a couple to share but I already knew that from the pictures which represented the space very accurately. I was okay with the size because the location was so amazing.

This place is fantastic! My family was in town visiting colleges and sightseeing, and this townhouse was perfect for us. One morning was quite rainy, and we were able to sleep in and eat a lazy breakfast and watch TV until the skies cleared. We all had plenty of space and bathrooms, and the laundry was super helpful. This was the perfect launching spot for our adventures, and Peter was an incredibly gracious and helpful host.

Our choice of location and condo could not have been better! Our host, Peter, always responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. The condo was lovely and had all of the amenities we were looking for.
