Designed by Donald Wexler and Richard Harrison in 1961, this two bedroom two bath unit has been lovingly and thoughtfully curated in every detail. Surround yourself in the whimsy of a mid-century modern tiki theme that will not disappoint. You will find walls of glass in every room that open up onto large private patio with views of the San Jacinto Mountains.There are two pools on site as well as a centrally located spa.

Royal Hawaiian Estates is a 40-unit complex comprised of 12 separate buildings on five acres. Designed by the architecture firm of Wexler & Harrison in 1960, the complex blends the modernist aesthetic with Polynesian architectural detailing (including tiki apexes and flying sevens). With the help of the Palm Springs Preservation Foundation the complex became the city of Palm Springs' first residential historic district in 2010.

Minimum length of stay and special rates may apply during certain seasonal events.

Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals

The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:

All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 2 car maximum.

Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.

Please note this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is not a party house.
