Historic Rainey Street sky-high condo with amazing views & rooftop pool

Beautiful views, clean, easy check in and check out process. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved it

The view from the condo was what we noticed first! It was incredible! Our space was equipped with everything's we needed, except a full length mirror Super comfy beds!It was great to be so close to Rainey Street for tasty food and drinks!The white walls could use a scrubbing…other than that, the rental was very clean. The staff was helpful, and kind, and the lobby coffee shop was delicious. We had such a fun stay in Austin!

Perfect Location, beautiful viewsWe used to roof top pool the most.

The location was absolutely incredible! We had a lot of plans, and everything we wanted to do was around 10-15 min away. The view was breathtaking to wake up to, and the area was peaceful....a perfect escape! The only hiccup we encountered, which others mentioned, was with the checkout process. There was a miscommunication about Late Checkout. We got two different responses when we called prior and then the day of. it wasn’t a big deal, it was so many other things to do. We will use again!

This condo was in the perfect location and everything was as described.

We absolutely loved this place. It is beautiful and the views from the floor to ceiling windows in the entire apartment were amazing. We loved going to sleep and waking up to the walls of windows in the front bedroom with the lights of the city and then morning sunlight and views. The whole building is fun and modern and the decor is perfect. Great espresso and snacks in lobby, tons of hang out space in the lobby and top floor and the pool is wonderful with (again) great views of the city. The location is perfect-You can walk across the street to the trail that runs along lady bird lake which is so pretty and lush and runs underneath the bridges. We could walk most everywhere in 35ish minutes including SoCo for shopping and dining and hardly needed a car. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and was honestly jealous of the people that lived there.

The view was really cool and the pool was great for kids, being shallow and then stepped to the deepest part. Otherwise, the rental and city were underwhelming. Poorly stocked with toilet paper and paper towel, would generally expect more from any rental space. Was nice to have some nespresso pods and laundry pods for the short-term needs.

Great location to walk to downtown and of course Rainey street. Gorgeous views from the condo and enjoyed the sunset from rooftop pool. Very comfortable stay. Great value for money! Only comment on improvement is to have some more basics in the condo, like a saucepan and pan, teas, lotion, etc.. Note also that no blackout blinds so bring an eye mask. Would def return!

Very spacious with an incredible view.

We were a bit confused about the check in process, but it was super easy. Upon arrival there was a front desk, just like a hotel. We never found any check out information and just did what we hoped would be ok. The icemaker in the refrigerator didn't work but everything else was pretty good.

Pros-Nice facility and location. Cons-expensive daily valet parking and appliance did not function and pool over crowded (no places to sit) and wait time at elevators super slow.

Large open spaces and very comfortable beds and furniture. Would definitely visit again!
