Hip Flat. Iconic Downtown. Walk to Pike Place Market.

This property was really cute and was within walking distance of many attractions. It is not as quiet as being in a hotel, but the location was excellent.

The Hip Flat is a cozy studio, the host even provides a basket of snacks. There was a small hiccup after I checked in and the host had the issue resolved quickly. Very convenient with restaurants and Whole Foods within walking distance.

The location was perfect, very central to everything. It was very quiet! Lovely stay!

Such a great place to stay - central to so many things. Half mile one way to the Space Needle, half mile the other direction to Pike Place, easy access to the light rail and the monorail. John was incredibly helpful and was uber-prompt in his correspondence. Highly recommend!

Very cute little apartment with everything you need while visiting. Close to public transit (bus, monorail, and light rail) and easy walk to Pike Place Market and Amazon Spheres. Building and apartment were clean and quiet and the neighborhood felt safe while out walking at day and night. Very easy check in and out and the host was quick to respond. Most importantly for us the bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean! Would definitely stay again if we are in Seattle!

This is an adorable little unit, perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Excellent location, very clean and well appointed, and great host communication. However, since 4.5 stars was not an option, I gave it four stars because of the noise. The unit is in an old building with thin walls and creaky ceiling, and right next to the stairway. Lots of people going up and down and walking around in the unit above. The earplugs the hosts provided were very helpful, but on the whole it wasn’t the most restful place to stay. But for younger travelers wanting to experience the nightlife of Belltown, it’s probably perfect. And all things considered, the hosts have done a wonderful job of making the most of it.

I stayed here last week for a conference and it was the perfect choice. The location is unbeatable — just steps from Pike Place Market and close to everything I needed. I loved being right in the heart of the city and actually feeling like part of the neighborhood instead of stuck in a generic hotel.The flat itself was spotless, super cozy, and really fun to stay in. Having my own full kitchen was a game-changer (way better than hotel food!). Everything was exactly as described in the listing — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up.Huge kudos to the owners for creating such a welcoming space. I’m so glad I chose this over the conference hotel. If you’re visiting Seattle, book this place without hesitation!

This was the second time I stayed here. It’s a great location, always clean, and easy check out.

We enjoyed the location and walk ability to Climate Pledge Arena, the Pike Place Market and lots of restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the overall design was well done. We would definitely recommend!

It was great in most every way. The only issue I had is that the apartment number itself, as opposed to the street address of the building, was very hard to find in any/all email exchanges. The door codes and all that worked just as John said, but I struggled for quite some time to find the apartment number. Outside of that, everything was great. One more item: I gave the winery experience question in the preceding survey a 1 because there was no winery or winery experience. The apartment is in the middle of downtown Seattle, with no winery in sight.

Everything was wonderful renting this condo. Easy check in and out, extremely clean, equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. The location was central (walking distance) to everywhere I wanted to visit. Host very responsive and contributed to a great experience visiting Seattle.

Everything was great! Clean, comfy space. The building is old and floors are creaky and it smells like an old building and we loved it! I super appreciated the space not being scented! Great location downtown and like it says in the ad the noise level isn't bad at all. Very convenient location for us on this trip. We loved the snacks provided! We would definitely stay again.

The host was extremely welcoming, he has instructions for anything to would need in a very organized binder.The details were impressive and the unit was well stocked with soaps, towels, an extra blanket, snacks, coffee and creamer, suggestions for nearby food or activities. We had a lovely stay. When we arrived the place was clean and the bed was comfy. The snack basket was a lovely welcome to the flat. The location is great! We walked to almost every spot we wanted to visit and always felt safe. Amazon spheres is right close by, the market is a 10 min walk..and more...We did arrive in a car and parked it in a nearby 24-hr garage and it worked splendid for us.The only downfall/heads up I would give for future visitors is if youre a light sleeper, the walls are thin and because of the central location and older building, you will be woken up from noises but still a 5-star location in my book!

Everything about this Vrbo set us up for success as first timers in Seattle. The food recs were great, the location is walkable to everywhere we needed to be, and clean! We utilized the washer/dryer and the ironing board. The binder really informed our stay and easy to follow. We would definitely recommend and would stay again. It is on the small side, so anymore than 2 people may be cramped.

Getting there was easy, the space was clean and welcoming, and communication from the host was excellent.

This property was in the perfect location and within walking distance of everything that we wanted to do! The property was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They left a basket of snacks which was a nice touch. We would stay there again and highly recommend!

Laundry was effective, but dryer doesn’t thoroughly dry the clothes. TV has a multitude of stations, but not regular channels and we were unable to watch live sporting events like football and baseball. Bathroom and shower were excellent, microwave and coffee makers worked well. Refrigerator was large and ran well. Location was convenient to everything downtown, easy to hop on monorail and light rail

Great location, lots of good places to eat and drink. The Seattle centre is about a 10 minute walk away. A really great grocery store was 5 minutes away. The apartment was clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed for a great stay.

Great place. Small but cute. Great location central to downtown sites. The lobby of the building was a little stinky (neighbor’s cooking maybe?) but the unit itself was nice and smelled great. Complementary snacks were a nice touch. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect place for us to stay for a couple of days while in Seattle. Flat was within walking distance of everything!

My husband and I loved this Flat! It was clean and very affordable with the perfect location. We walked to the space needle, pike place market, and a couple restaurants. Check in and out was easy. They even had a basket full of snacks for us! Thank you for the great stay!! Will definitely recommend.

Awesome place close to everything

The owner, John, was very responsive, instructions were easy to follow and the condo was well thought out to accommodate any possible guest needs. It was easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go and each morning we went to the wonderful cafe next door!I highly recommend the unit at Fifth Avenue Court!

We had a great trip and experience with this VRBO. More concentrated population of homeless in the neighborhood but never had any issues. Otherwise, super easy to get everywhere we wanted! AC window unit worked great.

Really nicely designed unit in a great location in Seattle. Walking distance to Pikes Place Market, Seattle Center, Westlake Station. Neighborhood was clean and felt safe, lots of local restaurants in easy walking distance. Nice to have a dishwasher and washer/dryer; host even provided snacks! Quiet at night as windows open onto small courtyard and not the street. Able to park overnight on the street for free (8pm-8am). Would definitely stay again!

This place was exactly what we were looking for! The location was excellent and super walkable to everywhere we wanted to visit. We really appreciated the binder left by the host with recommendations for restaurants and bars in the area, and the snacks and tea in the kitchen were a lovely touch and made our busy weekend a bit easier to handle. I only wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely keep this place in mind for our next Seattle trip.

This was a perfect spot to land for Seattle! The place was exceptionally clean, it was easy to locate, and enter the building. The host communicated prior to arrival and made the process simple! Note there are a few stairs once you enter the building, but we manuvered with all of our luggage with no issues. We were thankful for the AC unit and it was pleasant temperature inside the apartment.We were able to walk to most areas of interest in downtown Seattle from here with no problems. There were plenty of places to eat close by. There is city noise but nothing crazy. The building noise was minimal as well. We really enjoyed this place and if we are ever back to Seattle we would definitely stay again!

The hosts was outstanding with communication and responsive. Easy to find and simple access to property and room. It was a fantastic stay. The bed was very comfortable and clean. I loved having the washer/dryer and a full kitchen. Much appreciated.

It was our first time to Seattle and this place is the perfect location to see all the sights! The bed is comfortable, nice towels and overall, it's just a lovely space. We highly recommend it! John also made sure everything was just right!
