Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use for $10.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00).Fitness Center and Locker Room for $20.00 per day, per person. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee.

Waikoloa Beach Resort Gold Membership Golf benefits (discounted tee fees at the Waikoloa Beach Resort Courses).
Fees are $95.00 per person, per round. There are three 9-hole courses (Kings Nine, Lakes Nine and Beach Nine). Guests can combine two courses for a total of 18 holes. Golf Club Rentals are $50.00.
Instructions for using this privilege will be sent after reservation is confirmed.

Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Basic Cable. TV located in Living Room and Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom

Waikoloa Beach Villas L22 is located on the second floor of the L Building. There is elevator and/or stair access to the second floor. Views of the golf course and tropical landscape from the lanai. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

    We had a wonderful time at the Waikoloa Villas, the property was beautiful and the home very comfortable. The Pool pass worked well. We used it all 3 days we stayed, and boy was that a treat! We hope to stay here again. We only flew over from our home on Oahu, but the property in Waikoloa was something to return to!

    It was almost perfect. When checking in at night, I was told to enter the 6 number door code and then hit the star button, but after about 30 attempts, I decided to hit the check mark instead, which worked. Very frustrating. I did let them know this was a mistake on their part. I hope in the future, they provide the correct information.

    As soon as we walked into the beautiful condo and heard the Hawaiian music on the tv going, I was blown away! The place was immaculately clean, and perfect for our family. It had all of the comforts of home, even a beautiful lanai with outdoor kitchen. The beds were so comfy! There was plenty of beach gear in the garage which we used one day. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return here again! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

    Beautiful unit with outdoor kitchen on the lanai. Well maintained gated community where we felt very safe. Conveniently located across from shopping centres. Having the Hilton resort pass was much appreciated so we could take advantage of all the pools and lagoon/beach area of the Hilton. Kitchen and laundry were well stocked with all we needed. Only negative would be that, as someone with a mobility impairment, the low toilet in bathroom was difficult.

    The condo is even lovelier in-person than in the pictures. Great amenities, clear instructions and communication, and the pool pass to the Hilton was wonderful. The only issue (but solvable) was that the beds, especially the master, were very high. I had to use a step stool to get in at night, and my kiddo loved using his ninja skills. Otherwise, we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

    This condo was everything it was advertised- clean, kitchen was well stocked and loved the beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrella. It was conveniently located near the shops. My only complaint was the at the condo was small and overrun with flies. Having the Hilton pool pass and being members to the golf course definitely made our trip. I don’t think I would rent this condo if the owners didn’t have the pool pass. The property management team were easily to work with.
