Hilton Head Condo w/ Pool Bar: Walk to Beach!

Loved the location and the resort. Pool had lots of spots with shade if wanted. Condo spacious for the two of us. I would have liked a kettle to make some tea. Bed and pillow comfy. I would recommend this condo.

Wish it had a washer and dryer but there was one a short walk outside. Unit was well stocked

Nice condo with 2 bedrooms at the resort. King bed in master and well-equipped kitchen. We had a 1 yr old so we needed a stroller to get to the beach or pool, as this unit is in one of the tennis villas a little farther from the water than some of the other buildings.

Condo was clean, well appointed, and within walking distance to everything (pool, beach, laundry mat, and front office which has a pizza place and sports bar) We have been brining our family to B&T for many years and this Tennis Villa condo was great!

It was just the two of us. A much needed vacation after having to cancel our cruise in March due to medical issues. The place was nice the weather was great and a very chill area.

All the amenities of home. Beautiful decor. We could easily navigate all the shops and restaurants from here.

Place was clean, main bed was not comfortable, and the beach chairs were broken and rusty. Overall 3.5 starts

Condo is so pretty. Everything you need is there. Everyone is friendly so easy to ask many questions. Wish the pool had been heated! Beach so clean and inviting. We enjoyed our 2 week stay and hope to return in the future.

Great little spot close to the beach. Quiet for the most part. On the bottom floor so expect some upstairs noise. Had a small problem with the dishwasher while staying. Communication on whether or not that got fixed wasn’t great, so we just hand washed the dishes. Would probably stay here again, though!

Our son was in Savannah completing Expert Soldier training, and we made a last minute trip down to celebrate. Everything was as advertised! Bottom floor made it easy to settle in, and you have an easy walk to the beachside pool and restaurant.

Accommodations were super convenient and everything we needed. Pool and pool bar were fantastic. Easy beach access. Would stay again. Walls and fans need a little dusting. :)

Room worked for us, just needed a descent place to stay while down to pick up our new Marine, have stayed in the same complex before just a different building and room, place is nice though

We had a short weekend in HH island for a surprise engagement dinner in Savannah (we needed to keep the surprise so we stayed in HH). This is a great location, quiet and close to the beach. For 4 adults it was very spacious and comfortable (could have used one more lounge chair lol), the beds are great and everything was clean and for the price we paid we will definitely be coming back!

The Unit was very nice, pretty much as advertised on the site. The resort itself is incredible, with very good security and a fantastic pool area and outside bar. The couple issues we had were not enough hangers so I bought more, and no flashlights or beach towels. Was told they were probably take by previous renters When installing

We loved the condo and had a wonderful time at Hilton Head! The condo was nicely and thoughtfully decorated and was well equipped with everything we needed for a great stay and the facilities were all great too! We would definitely return to this unit.

Neat and clean, very comfortable, quiet, and secure. We easily walked to the tennis courts and drove only a short distance across parking lots to get to the beach. It was a lovely week in this villa.

The villa is nice and shows as described, My issue and appears to be a common theme. The unit could be cleaned much better, The floor needs a good cleaning, we kept socks on and they became very dirty. If you walked in your bare feet it wasn't pleasurable. The boards as you come up in to the center access area are in need of replacement, if you are not very careful you could easily trip and fall.

The host was so nice and incredibly easy to work with! We hope to be able to book again soon!

We have stayed in this complex a few times and this was by far our favorite spot. Room for our two teen girls and a king size bed for the adults was a perfect fit. Located perfectly between the beach and pool access and the laundry and workout room. This is a great quiet spot with a nice open area just outside the door to relax in the morning and sit. Close to the lagoon if you wish to fish as well. Will definitely be returning in the future!

It was in a perfect location

The place was nice & roomy. Nice pool & beach access. The room needs a better cleaning between guests. The floor had been swept, but you could tell it had not been mopped in a while. Overall, a good stay.

This was a very nice condo! Very clean and stocked with all the necessities. The resort is older but very well maintained. The pool is large and there were plenty of chairs. We would definitely like to come back and stay there again!

Good spot for a couple of buddy’s to hang and play golf
