Hilo Lagoon Centre 707, air conditioned 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Hilo

Everything was very nice. The unit was clean and very comfortable. The king sized bed was very comfortable.

We love the central location in Hilo to everything. We also love that the kitchen has everything we need to cook and eat in. Also the entrance was easy to navigate with a lot of luggage. They have luggage carts and grocery carts to use after you get your groceries. The place was wonderful. We will stay again when we go back in December. Many Mahalos!

Fans would be an added bonus. Host was very responsive & building was safe and the grounds are beautiful.

This is the best property in downtown Hilo! It clean, modern, updated with the best furniture and most of all has an AC in every room. There’s a laundry room right down the hallway from the condo.This condo was the best part of our stay. I would give it 10 stars!

The stay for my workers was great. The unexpected tsunami just added to the experience. I do appreciate the communication during that time as well. We will be out there again in about 6 weeks and hope to stay at the same place.

The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, and the necessary appliances for us to be able to prepare meals and have this option during the stay. It was the perfect size for 2 couples. 2 bedrooms and kitchen, living room in between. The room decor was such a welcoming feeling. The room was immaculate, we will definately be back. 5 stars!

Building as a whole is a little dated (lobby, hallways, ponds, and parking stall) but looks like a refresh is in progress.The apartment was immaculate and comfortable. The perfect furniture and color palette I would have chosen for my home. I recommend bringing toilet paper, shampoo, and bath soap with you the first night (small quantities of these initial items were provided but didn’t last past first shower). Also test each light source and switch before dark (it may not power what you think); once we figured it out we were golden. Our new home away from home, we loved our stay! Thanks SaltWater!
