Stayed Jul 3, 2025Parking spots were small and there were not enough of them for as many houses on that street. People had to park on the grass which made it difficult to get in and out of cars and houses.

Stayed Mar 14, 2025My stay here was good for the most part.The only problem that I had was that in the morning we would run out of hot water. So we would have to take a cold shower.

Stayed Mar 19, 2025The unit was clean enough, but there were so many things broken in the unit, especially in the hall bathroom. Fixtures barely hanging on, toilet leaked and mold growing. Kitchen had several broken dishes and the utensils were dirty, looked like they had been used and put back in the drawer. When we arrived, the bunk bed room had beds that weren't even made. Sheets were left folded on the bed and there weren't any blankets to use. We had to pull blankets from the other bedrooms to keep our kids warm. Check in was easy and communication was easy and fast. Location was great. It was overall an older unit that needs a lot of repairs. were left folded

Stayed Nov 23, 2024This was the perfect place for our family trip with 3 women and 3 kids. It had everything we needed. Very clean and updated. I would recommend it.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024Overall the place was decent. The place smelled like cigarette smoke. Unsure if someone smoked in there or if someone underneath the unit was a smoker and it just seeped through the walls. There was some kind of dirt stuck on the master bathroom walls and trim. The baseboards were pretty dusty. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear people in the other units around you. Other than that we were pleased with our stay.

Stayed Nov 16, 2023Great location, nice condo. On the listing it stated there was a pack n play for our infant and there was not. We had to go buy one. Then there was quite a few bulbs out that my husband replaced. Dryer didn’t work the greatest either. Over all it was a very nice condo and the location was ideal.

Stayed Oct 5, 2023Interior quality, furnishings and cleanliness was most impressive. However, your website listing showed elevator under accessibility and that was the main reason for selecting this condo. All members in our group were in their 70's and all females. Hauling luggage up and down was difficult not to mention just entering and leaving unit. Grand Welcome could not give us any other accommodations options. I will only stay at this location again if ground level entry is available! If one lady that is on oxygen due to covid, who was supposed to be with us but backed out after i made reservation, had been with us, we would not have been able to stay at this location. She was the reason i looked for elevator or ground entry when choosing accommodations. Your listing needs to be revised!
