Stayed Dec 31, 1969I was in town for work and stayed at this unit for two months. The unit is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything you would need for a short-term or long-term stay. I really enjoyed being able to read and drink coffee on the beautiful balcony during the weekends and enjoy the huge flat screen TV in the evenings. During the day, there is almost no reason to turn on the lights, as the unit is filled with beautiful San Diego sunlight! The fitness center is also clean and perfect for a quick workout. It's also perfectly situated in downtown San Diego, with walking-distance access to Petco Park, the Convention Center, the trolley, and a dizzying array of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. In addition, Brandon was the most responsive, friendly, accommodating, and professional person to work with. If I had a question or concern, I received an answer from Brandon quickly, if not immediately. I will definitely stay in this property again when I return to San Diego, and would recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay and enjoy San Diego!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The condo was excellent and is so perfectly located within easy walking distance to everything and so many great places to eat. The condo is very well equipped and very comfortable. The fitness center was nice, clean and well equipped and the condo is well located for a walk or run along the harbor. The underground parking was really nice especially since it offers 2 spaces. Brandon was so great to work with and very accommodating when we asked him to help us with details that were beyond his responsibility. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting San Diego. We've already decided to go back next year.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I would like to start off by saying thanks to Brandon for being such an attentive yet unobtrusive host. He not only helped us find the most suitable property for us in his portfolio, but also was available to help us out in every way he can during our more than a month long stay. There were no surprises as the location is exactly as advertised. The photos of the listing matches what you find when you get to the property so no surprises there either. The property was clean and everything was in working order when we got there. The place looked clean and new, not like many of the run-downs that people try to rent. The dishwasher gave up on us around the second week of our stay but an e-mail to Brandon was the only thing that was necessary to have a new one brought in by two very professional gentlemen the very next day and installed immediately. The location is perfect for taking strolls in and around the Gas Lamp Quarter and the convention center. There is a ton of things to see within a 10 minute drive so the location is perfect for whatever reason you are in the area for. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in town for either business or pleasure. We will definitely be staying here when we are in San Diego again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The moment we walked into this condo, we felt like it was home. The modern, sleek furnishings and huge windows were just what we were looking for in a rental. Lovely balcony where we enjoyed a glass of wine or cup of coffee. There is a community deck on this floor with comfortable seating, a fireplace, and gas grills. The building and hallways were very quiet and there was the usual amount of outside street noise, typical of a larger city. Parking was super convenient, the condo was clean and well-stocked on essentials, and Brandon was the absolute BEST to work with! He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. We have rented before on VRBO but this was by far the smoothest and friendliest arrangement we have had. The location is awesome for just about anything....great restaurants, the ball park, wine bars, and the library (which is a must-see). The people in the condo were so friendly and we ended up meeting over 20 new people while we visited. Went to dinner a few times with some residents and were even invited to a birthday party while we were there. Needless to say, we LOVE it and cannot wait to go back!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This apartment was an absolute oasis in the downtown district. Highly secure, quiet and luxuriously appointed our family of four was extremely comfortable. Great coffee and bagels on the corner and some terrific gourmet food and cheese stores all walking distance. An added bonus was the gym and an extremely considerate and life saving property manager!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was a fantastic rental property for both business and pleasure. We were in town for a conference at the Convention Center and looking for a place to stay that provided more flexibility and comfort than a standard hotel. Accomodations were great and the location was even better. Only about an 8 minute walk to the Convention Center and about 5 minutes to Gaslamp. If you're into the craft beer scene - some of the best beer bars are only minutes away. If you like baseball - Petco Park can be seen from your living room and only a 5 minute way. And don't forget about Brooklyn Bagels & Bialys - they're just at the bottom of the building and will BLOW YOUR MIND. Make sure to try the Choosen One or the Undisputed Best. And Starbucks is just around the corner... Check-in and check-out were both simple and the contracting process was a breeze.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved our stay in this apartement. It was very modern, clean, well located (walking distance to all the restaurants and bars in the Gaslamp district, but also to Seaport Village, the marina, etc.). The listing description and pictures are accurate...no bad surprise! The management company was very responsive. Highly recommended! :)

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a fantastic week in San Diego. The condo worked perfectly for us as a couple with two children. It was really nice furnished and had a large TV setup that even enabled us to see the Danish children's programs via Apple TV. We also had easy access to restaurants, cafes and good shopping opportunities, not least a Star Bucks on the corner of the same block. Before we went further out on our holiday in the U.S., we were able to wash some clothes in the apartment's washing machine and dryer, perfect on a long trip away from home. We would strongly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to experience the best of San Diego.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great location with views of Petco Park and a short walk to everything downtown. The unit was like new with spacious rooms and a great layout for 2 couples or a smaller family. We walked to Sprekels Theatre for a show and had dinner downtown without ever having to drive; we can't wait for another weekend get away!
