Highland Pointe - Indoor/Outdoor Pool and Hot Tub!

We had to buy a cork screw. We left it behind for the next renters. The floors were very dirty. I wiped some water up with a washcloth and the washcloth was black. There was hair in the bathtub and we had to wash the tub out. The fireplace was not working when we got there. There was no battery in the remote control. I sent a message to the property owner and she said she would send somebody over to replace the battery. They picked up the remote control and took it that was 91. Night two still no remote control no fireplace night three hour last night here at 8:30 she came to the door with the remote to make sure it was working. So, nothing until 830 the night before we were checking out. She was nice but it was too little but she was nice, but it was a little too late.

The place was perfect, it had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay while visiting Branson.

Overall a good place to stay. The kitchen is fairly well stocked, but doesn’t have any serving bowls. Furniture is comfortable.

Everything was ok except for the dirty dryer vent, dirty furnace filter, dirty ceiling fans, and card reader would not work , called VRBO talked to resort manager talked to guard at gate... Got yelled at from 1 guard but it was ok ... This is a photo of the dryer vent lent, that is a big fire hazard...

Stay was uneventful! That means nothing broke & we didnt break anything. The condo had everything we needed (but we didnt cook). Its small, but comfy... nicely decorated too. We wud probably stay again but they have quite a few things to do b4 you leave which is unusual for Branson.

We've stayed at a number of locations in Point Royale as we visit kids who live in Branson fairly frequently. This one didn't have all the bells and whistles some have, but we weren't expecting them. The property was exactly as listed - very clean - with everything we needed. Pretty little balcony, overlooking the course. This was actually the second property we used as there was an HVAC problem in the first. The property manager addressed that problem VERY QUICKLY and offered the move to the second unit to avoid any discomfort for us. Units were close together, so easy move. We appreciated the speediness and this resolution. We'd definitely stay in the property again.

The condo was clean, plenty of room for two, my husband said it needed a recliner, lol. Would we stay again ? Absolutely

Overall this condo was good and I love the Pointe Royale Resort. It’s so quiet. The condo was comfortable and had a decent amount of room for 4 of us. Also, the King bed was very comfy! However, it was lacking in some details that keeps me from rating it higher. For example, the inside front doorknob kept falling off, the seal on the fridge was partially loose and flopping, the front door was half missing the privacy lock, and the white wood work needed a deep clean. I did report the door knob and fridge so hopefully they get those fixed for the next guests (although whomever is cleaning between guests should have noticed and reported those things right away). Once those things are fixed, I wouldn’t have any issue staying there again!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the condo. The condo was very clean. We loved the well stocked kitchen. Our favorite thing to do was to cuddle on the couch in front of the fire. Our stay was peaceful and quiet. We would gladly stay again.

Property was beautiful and loved walking on the trail every morning.

We had four of us in the one bedroom condo and the pull out couch was perfect for two of us to sleep. It was very clean and well kept. We very much enjoyed our stay.

When we first arrived there were gnats everywhere so we got some spray and thought maybe its the garbage disposal, whatever. I can live with some gnats. We bought some bread to have toast for dinner and breakfast and the next morning the loaf had been bitten into an some of it eaten by a mouse. I wasnt able to get a picture of the mouse, he was too quick, but I do have pictures of the bag of bread bitten into and photos of gnats in my coffee. I rated low on communication because I have emailed the property management and I have not gotten any response.

When we arrived, there were open bottles of fruit juice mixed with alcohol in the freezer. One of them had leaked in the freezer so I had to clean that up. During our stay, I dropped a hair clip and moved the couch, which is sitting in the middle of the room, to look under it. There was all kinds of dust, pet hair and trash under it. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience but their cleaning service is definitely lacking.

We have stayed in several units in Pointe Royal over the years. I think this one is our favorite. Everything was in order. No problems place was very clean. Would definitely stay there again.
