High Tides and Good Vibes Phoenix V - 2B/2B 7th Floor Condo

Property was nice and convenient to food establishments, grocery stores and shopping.

We had a great time! Location and view from the 7th floor was perfect. The living room furniture and guest beds were comfortable! The unit was decorated very beachy and the patio furniture was so nice as well. We had housekeeping issues though. The master bed sheets were visibly dirty and there were no washcloths in either bathroom. All the condos I’ve stayed at previously have started you out with a small dishwashing liquid/dishwasher detergent but none here so make sure to pack some! The owner did handle the housekeeping issues though with a refund for cleaning fee so very thankful for that! Overall a great condo that I would stay at again and will just chalk up the experience to a bad housekeeping day!!

Everything was great! The check in and out process was so easy. Would recommend to friends and family! Would also definitely be rebooking for future trips!

About average. This is my 4th stay in Phoenix condos and for the Money it on the bottom of the list. I won’t use this one again.

Location was great. Near restaurants and other things to do. Beach access was great.

Booked this for a little weekend getaway and it was perfect! Condo was beautiful, beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. Pools for the littles and right on the beach. We did have a scare at first with the wrong door code but was able to get in touch with the host easily and got the correct info.

Beautifully decorated condo with a nice balcony and a great view of the beach. Plenty of space for just two of us. The master bed is very comfortable and a very nice Master shower. The kitchen is nicely appointed with plenty of dishes and pans. Communication with the host initially was great and he responded to and fixed a few issues (bedding, disposal). But when the dishwasher wasn't working, communication became uncomfortable. So it's a good thing that we are handy and were able to repair the problem ourselves.

The owner is a narcissistic liar and horrible to communicate with. He’s unprofessional and accusatory- never listened to the facts

As a family we really enjoyed our stay here! It was clean, comfy furniture, nice balcony furniture. The only negative thing I could find was there weren’t enough wash clothes or dish rags. No dish rag at all and 1 tea towel. Plenty of parking, easy access to pool and beach! Property is right in the middle of Orange Beach so it was easy to access all restaurants and stores!

This was a good little last minute stay in orange beach. There were some minor issues but the owner was quick to respond and take care of it.

We had a great time on our mini vacation. The condo was really cute, clean, well stocked. Loved that was right on the beach with great balcony. Owner was easy to contact / responded fast regarding door code issue. Would definitely stay there again.

The unit was beautiful, clean, and had a beautiful beachfront view. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We’re already planning our next stay!

We had an amazing stay. We did have questions about bedding when we first arrived but it was solved immediately. The owner was very quick to respond with a solution. The condo was decorated beautifully and beds were comfortable. The only suggestion I would have is maybe add a rug in the bedroom. The kitchen was stocked well. The view was phenomenal. Being June, the beach and pool were a bit crowded but usually by 3 the beach clears out and we were able to enjoy it more. We go to Orange beach every year looking for the perfect spot and I feel like we have found it!! Overall we had a great stay!
