This place of awesome! I used to go to Golden Arms as a kid and wanted to bring my kids back to see it. It is such a great spot! Close to everything. The condo itself is perfectly setup for our family of 4. The kids had their area and we had ours. The balcony is great for watching dolphins, pelicans and watching thunderstorms over the water! The beach access is perfect and having the pool too is just wonderful. I cannot say enough about Tanya as a host! She was super responsive and honest. We will definitely be back! We loved it.

I’ve stayed at several units in Golden Arms and this unit did not disappoint! Very clean, beautiful views, friendly atmosphere, and so convenient to Flagler Ave. Check in was easy, communication was great!Will definitely stay here again!

Clean unit, great views, unit somewhat dated (second bathroom & kitchen, but very nice. Initially difficult to open front door (new locks), but once we figured it out, not a problem. Would definitely come back again and would recommend this rental. Owner was very responsive when we called about issue originally trying to get front door to open.

We’ve stayed at a few different condos in the area. But once we found this condo, we haven’t gone back to any of the others. Great view couldn’t be easier access to the beach bedrooms were large and clean great kitchen and living space. Tonya was awesome at making sure we had everything we need and that she was available to us if we needed anything. Not sure what else to say other than highly recommend.

Great stay at this condo! Great beach views from the balcony. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the Tonya was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again!

Close to all amenities, near a lively street and excellent restaurants. Clean. Well-equipped for the beach. Good communication with the host. Some utensils were missing; we had to buy more. Due to construction, access routes changed frequently, and it was sometimes difficult to understand where we were supposed to go. Recycling facilities were not easily accessible.

I enjoyed my stay. It was clean and very nice.

Will be very nice once the major construction project is completed. Owner was great to work with. Big disappointment was the pool heater not working, unable to use it all week. St. Pats week was very crowded in NSB.

We were mad aware of the complex being under construction when we made are reservation. But we were also told that the unit we rented was on schedule to be complete in December 2024. 4 days before check after we already left NY, we spent the first 3 days in Orlando, I received a message saying unit was not done and a wall was up blocking access to the two balconies. For this inconvenience she refunded me 500 which I appreciate. We arrived to men working on the balconies, and doors to balconies screwed shut. All week there were men working on the balcony. Water was shut off for part of one day. Then the last 3 days we had construction workers inside the unit working, one of those days we left and came cake to the tv stand in the living and dresser in master bedroom pulled out in the middle of the room. They left it there and I had to move it all back so we could move around. I don’t doubt that this unit and the condo itself will be beautiful when all work is completed. But for now this unit should not be rented out until all the construction on it is completed. This was told to me by the contractor doing the work and one of the neighbors. Beach access during construction is very limited. Most of the time we walked down the street to gain access. Again let me be clear, this unit will be absolutely beautiful when construction is completed, but wait until it is.

Great condo under full renovation at this time but excellent location. Have stayed at Golden Arms in the past and probably will next year. Highly recommend.
