<br>High Tech Hideaway is an 1100 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bath private condo that includes QLED voice-activated Smart TVs, Amazon devices, dimmable LED lighting, and ultra high speed wi-fi throughout. Fans, lighting, thermostat, and even door locks are voice controlled.

The living room includes seating for eight, two sleeper sofas, and a breakfast bar. The dining room hosts seating for six, and with the breakfast bar, can accommodate a total of eight.

The kitchen includes brand new bright quartz countertops, new sink and garbage disposal, dishware for eight, and all cookware in case you and your party want to dine in. Also included is a K-cup maker which can make a single cup or full pot. We supply a wide choice of coffee for your stay.

The master bedroom hosts a comfortable, new queen-sized bed, dresser, and dual night stands, as well as an alarm clock charging pad, and walk-in closet. The en-suite master bathroom hosts dual vanities, hotel hand towels, washcloths, full towels, and hair dryer. We also provide a luggage stand for your bags in case you don't want to unpack.

The second bedroom provides a massive full over full bunk bed with pull-out trundle (max weight rating 700 lbs). This bedroom also includes a dresser, bean bag, space to relax after a long day at the beach, and huge walk-in closet. Second bathroom is hallway accessible, includes hotel towel rack to hang your beach towels, shower/bath, and closet for storage.

Outdoor patio includes a water view overlooking a large fountain and pond, rocking Adirondack chairs, wind chimes and the perfect vibe.

Headed to the beach We provide six high quality beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, buckets, shovels, and a boogie board.

Utility room includes washer and dryer, trash and recycling bins, fold-out ironing board in case you need to iron a shirt for a night out on the town.

Other things to note
Cleaning - Our cleaning costs are actually much more than what we charge. We are trying to help out our guests by charging a lower amount. If you'd like an additional cleaning during your stay (recommended for stays longer than 4 days), we are able to provide it.

Linens - Many short term rentals don't provide linens as part of the rental, but we do! We include linens because we want you to be comfortable and not have to worry about bringing your own.
