Looking to rent 3 months for the high season Feburary 2027 to April 2027. $3300 per month.
A new construction, contemporary condo with 2 bedrooms/ 3 bathrooms, plus an elegant loft space. This magnificent 1700 square foot condo is located in the prestigious gated community of El Tigre. The condo is well appointed, featuring furniture from one of Puerto Vallarta’s hottest new interior designers. All furniture and cabinetry feature the elegant and rich Parota; a wood native to the Vallarta area. Casa Carli is a perfect condo for a family vacation or travelling as two couples with the functional layout and generous spaces.

The condo can comfortably sleep seven, with a king and 2 full size beds. In addition The loft also has a contemporary fold out couch that is very comfortable. Each sleeping area also has their own full-size bathroom.

Enjoy sitting on the balcony or the rooftop terrace and take in spectacular views. Both areas feature laguna patio furniture . The terrace is perfect for late night dinner or drinks and of course sunbathing during the day. For your comfort an umbrella is provided, that has a Bluetooth speaker so you can listen to your music. Lastly the terrace also has a brand new Weber grill for you grilling enthusiasts.

The kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for the gourmet cook; elegant granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including gas cooktop and oven,refrigerator and dishwasher comprise this functionally exquisite space.

Stay comfortable in your condo with high power ceiling fans and air conditioning units that are individually controlled in each room.

Relax at the grand pool area mere steps from your condo. Or get a work out in at the state of the art sports club just seconds form your condo. If it is the beach you love, The Royale Playa Beach Club will not disappoint you. The beach club features stunning sandy beaches , a gorgeous pool area with full bar and food service, Palapas, locker rooms and towel service. It’s a lovely stroll to the beach club or shuttle service is available at the sports club. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes.

Golf lovers will love the picturesque course at El Tigre Country Club. This challenging par 72 course designed by the Von Hagge group, features 12 water holes.
The Clubhouse is dubbed as one of the most beautiful and best-designed golf clubhouses in Mexico, this 45,000 sq ft facility is a spectacular entrance and a departure point for a great day of golf. Clubhouse also features a restaurant and bar with a refined, relaxing ambience and a spectacular view of the 18th hole. Enjoy international cuisine outdoors on the spacious terrace or indoors in the fresh comfort of air conditioning. Sunday brunch is a must.

We have a professional property management company who will meet you upon arrival at the unit, provide full orientation of the unit/building, including airport pickup if interested (for additional charge). Weekly cleaning included, additional cleanings can be arranged for an extra fee.

Note: A minimum 14 day stay required to be eligible for a temporary social membership pass. This pass provides access to the beach and sports club.
Please also note that you can still walk to the public beach near the beach club and of course use the beautiful condo pool area.
There is a one time per person charge of $67 adults, $37.50 for children 12 and under for a temporary membership to use the private beach club, sports club or Country club when playing golf. This membership is good for a month. For a 2 week stay it would be Adults $ 35 and children under 12, $17.50 updated 01/01/20
I am willing to consider a larger discount for longer stays; please submit a booking request and I can send you a special offer.
In addition, the El Tigre Association requires me to forward them photo id's of all adult guests staying in the gated community. No exceptions.

Be aware that air conditioning units run continuously until turned off. Electricity is monitored and charged per kilowatt. Charges should be nominal as long as electricity usage is reasonable.

    The communication with property owner/management was outstanding. The condo was beautiful. The shuttle driver's(Felix, Luis) were very thoughtful and went out of their way to meet our needs. The driver for personal trips that the owner suggested was beyond helpful and professional. Overall we cant say enough about how great the condo and the community of El Tigre is. We definitely recommend this unit and community in Nuevo Vallarta.

    Joe's place in Nuevo Vallarta was wonderful! It was spotless, modern, comfortable and easy to access. Communication with Joe was smooth and Lorena was fantastic onsite! Internet was strong and all appliances worked perfectly. The upstairs balcony was a wonderful place to enjoy both morning coffee and evening dinner. Definitely will stay here again!
