Stayed Apr 8, 2026When we got there we had to basically reprogram the TV (thank goodness I had a tech friend to call). Pool was closed first day we were there, so my son was very disappointed. But the most upsetting thing was the front desk manager at Sugar Top resort. When I checked in he literally threw the keys on the counter at me and barely looked up from the book he was reading. No welcome whatsoever….just threw the keys at me. I’ll never go back to Sugar Top resort…..what a rip off.

Stayed Feb 4, 2026View and cleanliness was great! Proximity to the slopes was not as close as we’d hoped but only about a 10 minute drive down the mountain. On the weekend, they offer a free shuttle.Be prepared and bring backup and toilet paper and paper Towels, maybe even trash bags and soaps if you have an extended stay. We had 3 people for 2 nights and there was no backup TP. Other than that, had a great stay!

Stayed Jan 29, 2026The condo was nicely decorated and very clean. The view of the ski slopes from the balcony was awesome! We enjoyed taking advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub, and the gym and sauna were excellent.
