High End & Walkable Congress Park Guest Suite, Steps from Stores & Restaurants!

The unit is very nice, the parking was always easy, and the shops and restaurants nearby were great. It's also very close to the National Jewish Hospital.

It was a comfortable wonderful stay. I would stay again. I can’t see how anyone could complain.

I wanted to share that my recent experience was excellent. The location was particularly convenient for walking to the zoo, dining, and the Colfax Marathon route. I would highly recommend it.

This property was even better than expected. It was beautiful, clean and well maintained. It had every amenity you could possibly need as well as restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. We had a wonderful time.

Very clean property, well maintained

We really appreciate how family friendly it was and that places to eat were right outside the door. Alot of the major denver attractions with kids was only a short drive away. The bed was insanely comfortable and the place was so neat with little instructions available to explain any questions we may have had, along with a binder of information. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

Great Location in Denver with an amazing pizza place next door. We did a great walk from the house to the botanical gardens and then Cherry Creek shopping district. We found the home to be clean and well appointed. We plan on returning.

We really loved our stay at this cute home. It was in walking distance to little restaurants and the venue we were going to for a concert. The neighborhood seems very safe and the hosts were incredible. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place and host. Across the street there is a cafe, pizza place and ice cream parlor. Very safe. I walked each day to my appointments.

The suite was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was a great pizza place, two coffee shops, and a market/pharmacy right across the street. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was near many attractions. Our favorites were the Blossoms of Light at the Botanical Garden and the Nature and Science Museum.

A lovely, cozy place in a wonderful, central location. Just steps to a small business district with restaurants etc, and a few blocks' walk from grocery stores and the Denver Botanic Garden. Easy access to downtown Denver.

The air b&b was so cute, i loved all the decor there were tons of amenities that made it feel like home away from home. We would definitely stay here again. The location is fantastic and the neighborhood is beautiful

This stay was exactly as advertised, and everything was great. We stayed three nights and had walkable access to coffee in the morning, food, a drugstore, and friends nearby. Very comfortable beds, great space for relaxing, and Noah and Cici even left a little welcome basket for us. We did a decent amount of cooking, and it's worth noting that there is not a full oven/stove. The host has two double burner hot plates and a countertop toaster oven. If you're wanting to cook for more than 2-3 people, budget some extra time. Five stars, 10/10, would definitely stay again.

Great location and beautiful property. To note: It is a basement suite and you do hear footsteps in the morning. It didn’t bother us, but perhaps if you were a light sleeper it might. We would 100% stay again if we have the chance. Clean and stocked with everything you might need - puzzles were a bonus! Thanks for letting us stay :)

This was literally the perfect location for a long weekend in Denver. There are two coffee shops, a pizza shop and an ice cream store within a minute walk. It was so convenient while traveling with kids. The unit was very clean and when we had a very minor issue (wifi needed reset), Noah responded to us within minutes and resolved the issue remotely. We were within a few minute drive of the zoo and maybe 15-20 minutes from downtown. We had a great trip!

Noah and Cici's place was lovely, exactly as pictured--clean, tasteful, and welcoming! The location is awesome. We enjoyed several restaurants right across the street and loved that we could walk to fun places like the Denver Botanic Gardens and the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. Communication was easy and check in and check out were a breeze. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful stay! Amazing location with great restaurants and coffee shops within a block, close to museums and City Park. Kid friendly, clean well done kitchen, comfortable beds. They did mention a recent leak in the ceiling of the kitchen that they addressed immediately and were drying out, and we appreciated the heads up. Shower had three shower heads but only one could be used at a time to not overflow the drain, and the bottom edges looked in need of regrouping. Plenty of towels and linens, and it was great to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Overall loved it!

This was the perfect place for my family and I to spend our 12 days in Colorado! The property is beautifully renovated, comfortable, and has a great location! Parking was very easy and Noah was great to work with! Would definitely stay again!

Amazing location!! This unit is located walking distance to so many great places to eat and is close driving distance to a lot of great Denver spots. The unit had so many nice touches, it is clear the hosts are thoughtful and kind. We had everything we could need during our trip. Highly recommend this unit for your trip to Denver!

Accurate description and pics. Close to some pretty good restaurants and coffee. Location was good for us, neighborhood was quiet as well. Walked in the mornings, close to Denver city park, museum, and zoo if that’s of interest.

The location was perfect in a cute area of East Denver with a couple of nice restaurants and cute stores just steps away. Noah was very responsive. This apartment was well furnished and nicely equipped.

Our stay was great and the location worked well for both of our events. We had a great stay.

Walk to breakfast lunch dinner. About 4 places across the street. The space was just right for our stay, beds were comfortable and the living space/kitchen provided the area we needed for conversation. The bathroom/shower is nice and lots of storage. Overall perfect for our stay.

Our first impression when entering the property was, “Wow! This is nice!” It is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The decorations and comfortable furniture made it a perfect spot to relax and hang out. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean, and the walk-in shower was an added bonus! The restaurants nearby are great. We hope to stay here again.

We had an absolutely amazing time. The set up of the home is great. So clean and sweet welcome gift and note. So appreciated it all. The near walks to food, wine bar and pharmacy/liquor store. We had a blast and can’t wait to return!

We loved everything about this rental. The industrial but cozy vibe is exactly what we love. Location was amazing; you must check out Under the Umbrella’s breakfast burritos they are located right next door to the property.

We highly recommend staying here! And will probably book it again! The location was perfect for us! Noah was very attentive and accommodating.

We were in town to visit our new grandbaby and Noah's place is close to my daughter's place so it was very convenient for us. But we were pleasantly surprised to find the unit is in the same block as a coffee shop, pizza restaurant and wine bar. What more do you need?? The unit itself is VERY nice for a garden unit, doesn't feel like a basement unit at all. And it's well stocked with all the necessities. Noah is a great communicator and check in and check out were easy! We'll definitely be back!

Good place

My husband, son and I stayed here for a long weekend for a family event. It was a lovely place. It was clean and very welcoming. Great neighborhood and worth to stay there so you can go to Blue Pan Pizza next door. Coffee and ice cream stores within feet. Would definitely recommend this place to stay while you are in Denver.
