Stayed Dec 20, 2024The condo was very nice. We enjoyed everything about it -except the noise outside. There is a very large building (Hotel and Condo Units) being built next door. They started work every day at 7:45am and worked into the night - usually until 8pm. It was very loud construction work making it difficult to enjoy being inside the condo. We would not have rented in this location if we had known in advance of the building noise. The building and the individual condos are all very well designed. Great parking underground. Just unfortunate to have so much construction noise next door. We would definitely rent again once the construction has concluded in 2026 I believe.

Stayed Aug 31, 2022This condo is a lovely spot to call home while in Sun Valley/Ketchum. I appreciated the distance between bedrooms, the extra hall (full) bath, the large kitchen perfect for cooking meals at home, the cozy feel of the living room with its large fireplace and the pretty view outside the window. It's a five-minute walk to the center of town, with a grocery store just a couple of blocks away. It's just right for so many reasons! We'll be back!
