Stayed Aug 1, 2024Our stay in 2612 was wonderful. Perfect for our family. Close to everything we wanted, easy beach access, great views. And nice unit. The elevator wait time was the only negative and ours wasn’t as bad as some of the others we spoke with! Will still stay again.

Stayed Jul 30, 2023The reviews about the elevators are not exaggerating, you will wait 30 minutes for an elevator at times. We were required to wear arm bands for security that were supposed to unlock the doors around the property. They were not working but we were still required to wear them. Now we have nice tan lines. The window shades in the the main bed room and living room were broken. So no ocean view from the master. The living room tv was broken. There is not tv at all in the second bedroom. The tv in the main bed room is roku. No cable channels. The only guide for trouble shooting stated all cable systems are different. Try turning it on and off again There are only enough spoons for one meal. even less forks. pots with no handles, etc. We contacted the listing agent through the VRBO app the first night about the broken tv and sun shades. The issue was not addressed before we left. This unit is updated and was clean. However, you are left with a list of check out instructs to do your self and and are still charged a cleaning fee. Staff at the beach service were not welcoming.

Stayed Jul 29, 2022Urine stains and hair. Grime and sand on floors. Small curly hairs in bathrooms. VRBO property manager would not send anyone to clean or refund us. We actually had to leave because cleaning the condo myself was too gross for me.
