High-End Downtown Traverse City Ground Floor Condo on Quiet Street

We liked how much space we had and how well it was appointed with the exception of bath towels. I would suggest updating towels and providing more of them for your guests. We did have some difficulty with the internet and had to reset it to get it to work. Maybe provide more adult entertainment options (movies, games, etc). We were looking for a pack of cards and finally found 1 pack in the kitchen drawer (not with the other games). We would stay here again in the future.

The home was comfortable and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture was comfortable and the bed lovely in which to sleep. I accidentally forgot two pair of my pants in the dryer. Ryan has graciously agreed to send them back to me via USPS Priority mail in which I will pay! I recommend this home!

The condo is as represented in the photos and was very clean. Fantastic location - close to restaurants and bars as well as the Tart bike trail. We loved all the recommendations provided by the owner who was very responsive to any questions that we had. I highly recommend this VRBO.

I absolutely loved having the park directly across the street; it provided a lovely space for relaxation and enjoyment. Spacious and great location!

Really enjoyed this space, just wished we had more time to enjoy it and more friends to share it with. We only spent 1 night, but loved the proximity to town where we could walk to everything and avoid the traffic and parking struggles. We also had our bikes along and enjoyed the convenience to the tart trail and Old Mission Peninsula, where we spent time biking and visiting a couple wineries. The owner had a nice book put together of many of his favorite places to visit in Northern Michigan and you could tell that he has a great appreciation for the surrounding areas and this was nice to peruse through to get ideas of places to visit. Also, his communication was superb. I left behind my favorite UM Hat and didn't even miss it before I received a message from him letting me know the cleaning company left it in the hallway for me to swing by and pick up. I would definitely stay here again and in fact suggested it to my daughter in law from KY who wants to plan a visit with her Mom.

Our family has an excellent time staying at Ryan’s place. It was clean and as described. The location is fantastic - walkable to downtown shop & restaurants and a couple of great beaches. The condo was comfortable and quiet at night. We would definitely stay again.

Ryan and the staff provide an experience you will treasure. My family was very pleased, especially my wife. She is pampered and has high standards. This Condo met all her standards in a property she would use again. She called her girlfriend, and now her girlfriend is trying to book a honeymoon for her in August. My family has already decided that we will be here at least twice a year.

The condo was clean and had all the conveniences for our stay. The beds were comfortable. The first floor location is very convenient for strollers annd loading/unloading luggage. Excellent location within walking distance to all the shops on Front St and the beaches. My kids loved the playground park right across the street. Parking is included and easy. Check-in was a breeze as well. Would definitely stay again!

Loved how close we were to downtown and the condo was super clean. My parents liked the size as they are trying to downsize…gave them incentive!We will definitely be back in the future!

Stayed 2 nights, parking easy and there is guest parking for one additional car. Two bedrooms, two bath, everything clean as a whistle. Patio has a view of a park which is nice but its close enough to the sidewalk that people say, Hi. McDonald's is a short walk and both lakes are too. Got to see the air show practice over Boardman lake with hardly any people and for free and in the shade. I'd go baxk in a heartbeat.

We come up year after year with our family for a late May soccer tournament. We often stay at this complex. This condo was clean, cozy, well decorated and perfect to come back to after each long day in some wet, wild weather. The condo was well stocked with anything we could need and the beds were great! It would be the perfect spot for anyone visiting the area. It’s a short drive down town, a little gaunt to the Mall and not to far from a trip up the peninsula. Bravo!

Totally enjoyed staying at this clean and comfortable condo. The location was convenient to downtown, great restaurants and wineries. It was in a very quiet neighborhood that had nice cottage houses and sidewalks allowing for morning/evening walks.

Stayed several days for work. Perfect place to relax, rest, and reload for work each day.

We spent a weekend at this wonderful condo. It is comfy, clean and welcoming. We had all that we needed and more. The location is perfect - so close to all TC has to offer, but far enough off the main streets to be quiet and easily accessible. Having a reserved parking space was a great bonus. We will definitely stay here again!

We needed a place to stay while my husband recovered after being released from Munson Hospital. Ryan’s place was on the first floor on a lovely street so we could walk each day. A nice patio so we could have outdoor space. The condo was lovely, cozy and comfortable. A walk in shower was a huge bonus as was having 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer. The beds were extremely comfortable! Ryan was quick to respond to any questions. Parking was right outside the door. Would highly recommend this lovely place! Thanks Ryan!

The location of this perfectly clean condo was perfect - right in the center of everything and across from a park. Most of our needs were met. We did need clearer directions on where to park a second car, and how to operate the frig as it was new to us. Our host's text address would have been helpful.

This was a perfect location to experience the Traverse City area. The accommodation had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, spacious clean and quiet and well equipped. I stayed with my two daughters and three grandchildren. We would certainly stay again! The construction on the road between us and the lake was difficult to get across but it is only temporary. I highly recommend this place.
