    Thos apartment floats in a special place. The generous windows are filled with clouds, trees, and the sounds of happy park people. Descend to enjoy the earthy pleasurss of nearby St Kilda. Or just continue to float.

    My wife, son and I spent a very enjoyable week at this apartment in Melbourne. The neighborhood is quiet and well located, within walking distance to the St Kilda beach and town, and to Elwood as well. The apartment itself is very well appointed, quiet and comfortable. Charlotte was extremely responsive to any questions, if/when needed. We are very happy we chose to stay here and would return again next time in Melbourne.

    We had a great experience at this apartment. It’s very comfortable, cute modern decor, stocked kitchen and great windows & patio. I didn’t read the description carefully enough and assumed there was a washer/dryer, but in fact theres only a washer (and a drying rack). This became a problem because they only gave us one small white towel per person, one floor mat, and one hand towel for each basin. It was rainy and if we’d washed the towels they wouldn’t have dried for days. When we requested more towels, we were told they only provide one per person, but that they could bring 4 more for $150! I would still highly recommend the unit, but noir the owners were more accommodating with the towels. Also a tip: there is no lift in this building. The apartment is up 2 flights of stairs.

    Great location: close to beach, right across road from botanical gardens, next to Jewish school which is entertaining at school pick up. Some great walks around, and we loved breakfast at Jerry’s. Apartment is great! Everything you need and more. Nicely furnished, comfy, and well thought out.
