HIDDEN GEM 1BR/1BA BEACH PROPERTY AT JETTY EAST, DESTIN , FLORIDA

10/10. We enjoyed our visit so much, our kids loved the pool and the activities they had throughout our stay at the pavilion. A quick drive to a strip of shops, restaurants or places to meander like the marina. We will definitely be making this visit a regular thing. Thank you so much!

I liked the easy and close walk to the beach, having a washer and dryer, the condo was very nice and clean.

After driving a day and a half, it was a very frustrating and stressful 45 minutes of trying to access the keys from the lockbox, the security guard (since the office was closed and no one else was available to help us) at the gate was able to pull it open, actually pulled it off the wall! The lockbox is too small to hold 2 keyfobs which made it difficult to open and the keypad did not work properly, very frustrating especially after the long drive. This needs updated. The condo is pretty small and I could not see more than 2 people staying here even if there is a queen sleeper sofa but it was okay for my husband and me for our first visit to Destin Beach. The condo was clean, had plenty of towels, dishes, etc. It really helped having the two chairs and umbrella included in the price and already set up on the beach. The complex is pretty large but easy to meander around to the beach, pool and hot tub, etc. It was a pleasant visit and might consider another visit in the future.

Everything we needed was there. The property was clean. Love that’s it’s gated The property was exactly as advertised.certainly didn’t need to pack as many clothes with a washer and dryer in the condo. The most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. Had a great time!!!!!!!!!

This property was just what I was looking for. I wanted to be on/ close to the beach and it was. I also liked that it was quiet.

We enjoyed our stay definitely will be booking again. We loved the area.

3wks at great location, just steps to a very nice heated pool. And a short short walk over to the beach and chair rentals (included). Everyone (host, other guests, security, chair guy were so so nice. And Jetty East has plenty of parking and located close to everything else. Gulf Shore Dr is very easy to get on to and out of. Loved everything about this location.

We accessed the beach and it was easy access and the chairs and umbrella were nice. Did not use the pool or hot tub.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, and we really enjoyed the side ocean view from the balcony. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a fantastic bonus and made our beach days so easy and relaxing.Mr. Dee was great to work with—communication was clear and helpful, especially with check-in, check-out, and getting the TVs set up. The king-size bed was extremely comfortable, which made our stay even better.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property!

The bed was very comfortable. There was a wrapper and random sock under the bed from a previous renter.There were several food splatters on the long wall by the cove with glassware. Some of the wine glasses still had price tags on the bottom/underside of the stem indicating they had not been washedThankful for the dehumidifier. A lot of humidity in this rental. Communication with Dee the owner was very good. We really appreciated how close we were to the beach.

There was a “welcome basket” with an assortment of snacks awaiting our arrival - very nice!! And the arrival information we received helped us to enter the complex and the unit easily.

We had a hard time registering when we arrived- I’ve been told that it was because we booked through a 3rd party. The gate keeper did not have our information. We had to call the host late at night. The condo itself was nice, although it could use an update and the heat didn’t work and it was cool in Florida. He did provide space heaters that did heat up the space well. Overall it was a good stay though. We’d do it again!

Our host, even from India, corresponded with us and gave us great tips about her lovely place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect spot right on the beach close to everything

Convenient parking and access to the beach. The beach view was not the best but was able to get there quickly. Being on the second floor made it nice the elevators were being renovated so there was a couple times we didn’t have use of them. Condo was so close to so many places to shop and eat.

We had a great stay. The location is perfect and the amenities at the complex were exactly what we needed for a chill weekend.

My sister and I met up here for a relaxing weekend away. The unit is beautiful and nicely decorated. The bed is SUPER comfy! It would have been nice to have a coffee table to be able to put snacks/drinks down while relaxing on the couch. I had thought that the ocean view was visible from the couch, but that is my bad as you actually have to go out on the balcony. The owners were extremely responsive, even thing that were my stupidity...LOL. Having the beach, with chairs and umbrella right in you 'backyard' was amazing!! The pool and hot tub were pretty full with kids but that is to be expected in summer.

Dee was very helpful and stayed in communication the whole time. Had a great time, beach was beautiful, chairs and umbrella a plus, and writhing so close. Loved it and will be back!

We have stayed at other condos in the same area and they have all been good. But the convenience of this spot is great! Easy walk to the pool and beach. No crossing a road or any of that. Condo was very nice and clean and the check in and checkout process was easy peasy. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay. I’d say it’s about 100 feet from the elevator to the beach. Crazy close! We loved the complimentary beach set up also, which included 2 chairs and an umbrella. We went during spring break but you could never tell! It was so peaceful at this condo and I would absolutely stay here again!

Communication with the owner was great. The condo was slightly dated, but had everything we needed for our stay. The location was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and crab island tours. The included chairs and umbrellas were a nice perk! My adult children enjoyed playing pickle ball with the equipment they borrowed from the guardhouse. The water was beautiful. The AC was out in the entire complex for our last day and night there, which was out of the owner’s control, but the owner kindly and generously compensated us for the inconvenience. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was appreciated! The only minor complaints I have, are the used coffee pod left in the keurig, the slightly dusty state of the vented closet door in the hall and the top of the mirror and tv stand in the bedroom. There is only one outlet in the kitchen and it was hard for me to reach to plug in the coffee pot. None of these things affected our stay and we would definitely stay again! Highly recommend jetty east!

We came down during Hurricane Helene. We found a little piece of paradise at Jetty East. Owners of condo were more than helpful and thoughtful with us during our visit. We enjoyed our trip and the weather was great.

Everything went as smoothly as possible everything was completely accurate, the host is very responsive, very accommodating and everything is very accurate in the listing we cannot wait to come back and stay again we had aamazing time thank you again so much
