Located in a quiet neighborhood. A peaceful view .

We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts were so thoughtful in so many ways... there was a fully stocked coffee station. There was a gift of a spaghetti dinner as a thank you for staying. There were personal notes/recommendations on thr table. So many thoughtful touches made this a great stay. I would 10/10 stay here again and fully recommend this property!There were two small complaints. First, The A/C units couldn't keep up with the heat. They never stopped running and never got the condo cool. Second, I don't recall the listing stating that this was a condo, and worse yet, it never stated that it was an upstairs unit. Neither of these would deter me from staying here again.Amazing hosts!

The rental was comfortably appointed. The kitchen had everything you need to make a variety of meals. There were split system air conditioners in the living room and both bedrooms that worked very well. Having a full-size washer/dryer in the rental was convenient. The location overlooked a meadow with beautiful trees and occasional deer. The neighbors were quiet and there was ample off-street parking.

Comfortable property with lots of amenities, clean and comfortable. Excellent quiet location with proximity to Garden of the Gods, Glen Eyrie Castle, and local restaurants. Excellent response time and communication with the host.

Not far from the highway, space is cozy and has nearby trails to walk and enjoy.

This property was exactly as advertised. We had no problems and enjoyed our stay! It was very conveniently located to all the vacation activities we planned, quiet and peaceful when we needed to rest and relax! Thank you, Travis!

Great stay for the lacrosse tournament we attended. Amazingly comfortable beds. A/c kept our players cool after games. It was close to the base and a great mini golf. Everything we needed and well thought out. We would stay again!

Great location - we needed to be close to USAFA and it was perfect. Easy access to GoG, downtown, and Pike's Peak.

Amazing experience. This vbro was super inviting, clean and well stocked with needed supplies. Hostess was very accommodating and even allowed us to check in an hour early. We will definitely be back!

Place was perfect for our golf stay.

Condo was clean and good for 1-3 people. We had two and it worked great. Nice touch to include some basics like coffee, filters, and some items in the bathroom (in case forgotten or not bought). A few rules due to being a condo (no smoking on property grounds, don't run thu unit), overall a clean and convenient property.

Loved our stay here! Beds and pillows were super comfortable and the blackout blinds in the bedrooms were a great help for a wonderful night's sleep. The condo was clean and kitchen stocked with dishes, utensils, a great coffee maker and more. We would definitely stay here again when we are next in Colorado Springs.

Quiet neighborhood. Easy to find. Had additional bedroom for daughter's family to stay with us. Pack and play, highchair, toys for the little. Plenty in the kitchen including spices. We will be back!

We had a great stay. The apartment was in a good, safe location. The hosts took care to provide for little details. Everything was clean. It was perfect for our needs. We would stay here again for sure!

Very convenient to interstate and local eateries. Worked out perfectly and, if in Colorado again, would definitely stay again.
